"I love you" ~ Percy Weasley

Y/N L/N was Percy Weasley's best friend. They stuck together since their first year at Hogwarts. Neither knew how much the other would come to mean to them. Their friendship was one of a kind and they go along well despite Percy's seemingly perfect prefect ways. None the less Y/N found herself with feelings for the weasley boy. And this is the story of just that. 

Third person pov

It was summer break after 6th year for Y/N and Percy meaning Y/N would be staying at the burrow yet again as her parents are away for work. Y/N loved spending the summer at the burrow as it became home to her. Currently Y/N, Hermione and Ginny were in Ginny's room talking.

'So please tell us, which one of my brothers to you two like?' Ginny asked. 'Clearly Hermione likes Ron, it's really cute.' Y/N said causing Hermione to blush a little at the mention of Ron. 'I do but I've heard Y/N here likes Percy' Hermione says causing blush to form on Y/N's face this time. 'I do but he doesn't feel the same' Y/N says while throwing herself on her back onto Ginny's bed. 

'You sure? We've seen the way he looks at you.' a pair of voice say startling the girls. They all looked up to see the twins, Fred and George, standing at the door eavesdropping. 'Get out you two, and don't tell Percy!' Y/N told the twins before throwing a pillow at them as they ran off. Before long dinner was ready and everyone went down to eat. After dinner everyone went off to bed except Percy and Y/N. 

'Hey Y/N/N (your nickname) can we talk?' Percy asked and Y/N nodded. The two sat in the living room on the sofa. 'So what's up Perc?' Y/N asked the ginger. 

'Well the twins told me you erm like me?' he said. 'Oh uh about that...yes I do like you and I understand if you wouldn't feel the same way so I never said anything and and-' Y/N began to ramble before being cut off by Percy pulling her into a kiss. Consumed by shock she didn't kiss back right away but she did kiss back. After what felt like forever the pair pulled away. 'Now does that answer your question about my feelings?' Percy asked and she nodded. 'Good now one last thing. Y/N L/N will you be my girlfriend?' he asked and Y/N pulled him into yet another kiss. When the two pulled apart Y/N looked Percy in the eyes. 'Of course Perc, I love you to much not to be yours.' she said causing him to smile. Yes you read that right the Percy Weasley smiled. 'I love you too darling' he replied before kissing her goodnight as the two headed off to bed. Both of them went to bed smiling that night.
