The Secret

"I heard your friends talking with Isha behind the cafeteria. And they were talking something about you and her. It's a secret only they three know and Isha doesn't wanna tell it to you."

~She knew about Sakshi and Aarav, but how did she know about Isha. She wasn't even that popular among seniors. I am hesitant to listen to her.~

"Listen I know we had many fights last year, but you gotta give me a chance. At least listen to this and I don't care whether you speak to me again." She said.
"If you don't care, then why are you doing this?" I asked furiously.

I knew why, and I shouldn't have asked her that, but I was furious. She didn't do any mistake. All things just lined up. Can I blame her tho?

"Do you wanna know about the secret or no?" She stared directly into my eyes and asked.
I took a heavy breath and exhaled."Go on!"

"I was with my friends practicing the skit we have decided to do during the fest. That is when I saw you sitting with your friends near the cafeteria. I wanted to meet ya'll and apologize to you for the past and wanted to be with you guys again. I couldn't leave the rehearsal and come. So, I thought to wait for it to end. But when my rehearsal finished I couldn't find Sakshi and Aarav, but I saw you and Isha talking. I thought you both are a thing now and I didn't disturb you. I was searching for Sakshi and Aarav. After 5 minutes of looking around, I saw them go behind the cafeteria." I cut her off by saying "They didn't go towards the cafeteria, they went near our auditorium. I saw them go, so don't bluff anymore." 
She shook her head while saying "At least now, let me complete my version of the story. Will you?" I nodded.

"So, I felt it was strange and followed them. For few minutes I couldn't listen to what they were speaking because of the songs being played from the auditorium. So, I waited. After about 5 minutes or so, I saw Isha coming towards my side, which was technically towards Sakshi and Aarav. So I went and hid behind a tree so that she wouldn't see me. Okay, before you come up with all the stuff like 'You shouldn't have heard what they are speaking. That is actually illegal and all' listen to me. I saw them speaking and I wanted to listen to it. I went a bit closer, I could listen bits and pieces of the topic."
"What is it? Just tell me already." I interrupted her again.
"Wait. I have to give you the detailed explanation."

~Yeah, She is very particular in these detailed explanations. I hate that.~

"Anyway so I heard them talking about some plan. Isha came running towards them and practically screamed 'The plan is working. I think just a few more days and you can tell her everything'. I hate her scream tho." I looked at her angrily when she said that. She raised her hands indicating a no offence."Continue." I said.
"Yeah. Aarav said that he was not even acting that he likes Isha because you don't really cared about him. Sakshi and Isha started laughing. And then, Isha said that she will go to her practice and told them both to go near you" She paused there. "And?" I Asked.
"Nothing that's it. I came searching for you to tell this." 
"You didn't clearly tell anything. You know that right?" I said.
"It is something at least right. It's clear that Isha might be liking you and taking the help of your friends to get closer to you. And your might be helping you."
"They wouldn't lie to me about anything. Not at all in these issues. They very well know how I feel in having someone help me to be with a person. I swear it's about something else. They have their own things to deal with. Why would they do all this for me?"
"Probably because of the impact you had by your last relationship."
