We have been living in constant fear and uncertainty for ten long years. We have tried countless times to find out, what is causing this situation and this whole sudden invasion. There are only three bases in the world that resist attacks. Ours is one of them. In that long time, it has grown incredibly and covers perhaps the entire area of the former Los Angeles. People of different nationalities, languages and cultures live under its roof. We have struggled with disagreements between us several times but when the rules came out that could be considered laws, as they were worshiped in the other two facilities, no problems arose. We learned to live like this, even though a new attack could come every day.
The enemy did not decrease and fortunately we neither. There were also those, who found a life partner here and started a family. Among them was Ed, who had found his wife, who was expecting cute twins. I suggested to him several times that he stop his right-hand activity and be with his family but he always sent me to hell with it. Maybe only Liam and I were singles in this residence. I'm not saying I didn't get enough people but none of them were worth it. I wasn't interested in anyone, when a white-haired young man with sky-blue eyes still appeared in my dreams. Liam was similar. As if no man was good for him and his relationship always ended.
As for the number of people, there are just over three million of us. We don't have much left, when you take it in terms of how many of us were before the invasion. It's sad but you had to come to terms with it. What bothers me the most is the death of my family. I still have that fateful day etched in my memory, as if it only happened yesterday. All this long time, I couldn't decide to open the letter I found in the building, where they had spent their last moments. I'm afraid they may have hated me for going abroad and letting them die. That's exactly why it's still lying on my desk leaning against their picture completely untouched.
I've been tired of waiting for death for a while and I'm not the only one. We all have just enough. Who would be surprised if we have lived like this for ten years without change. We do not know, what is happening in the world around us and especially what our enemies are doing. Are they planning a new plan to get here or have they found it and are just waiting for an opportunity to make it happen? I ask myself these questions every day and that is why our fortress is getting stronger and stronger every day. However, after hard work, I do not get the necessary rest because there is always someone who needs anything. I am exhausted and the only possible peace will always come to me only if I manage to escape from the shelter.
Not far from it, I managed to build a small bower with a path that led to our building. There are countless flowers around it, which I planted myself and take care of. It's kind of my relaxation when I need to get out of that gloomy reality. There is nothing better than sitting on a stone bench and watching a magical sunset, even though I always see it only through the glass of my mask, which I always wear on the way from the base. Who would have thought that one fateful day would turn completely upside down in this very place.

I'm just sitting in my bedroom in a mansion that we've built on Earth. A lot has happened in those ten years. There are not many human races left and our offspring is still growing. Even my sister has children but I don't. Not a single suitor who appeared to me wasn't meant to be. There was always something that discouraged me, even if it was just a small thing. What's more, I still dreamed of a curler who was getting more and more beautiful every day. I didn't understand how he did it but despite a silly dream, he stole my heart. There was not a day without me trying to track him down. My friends and at the same time the most valuable people among us grew out of me. They have tried countless times to convince me that the boy doesn't exist and I should find a real man.
I just always left with the words that I have time and I don't want to get into a marital relationship for now. That was partly true but only because I haven't found the right one yet but I'll find him. I know it. But back to the important things. As people hid behind the walls of the shelters, we took over and began to inhabit the Earth and bring it back to life. Many of our people did not dare to go to live on the mainland but after all, some daredevils found themselves, including me. I liked this planet and when we finally brought Mother Nature back to life, it's even more beautiful. The local flora is really interesting and I must admit that it is also beautiful. The blue rose became my favorite flower, as it was once called.
The flower was exceptional and absolutely breathtaking. No wonder I had it almost everywhere in the mansion. With its unique and rare color, it reminded me of the young man of my dreams. He was also completely unique. In dreams we often had a nice chat and laughed. He has a perfect and harmonious laughter and the holes in his face always take my breath away. I once decided to capture his beauty on canvas and I must say that I did quite well. It is quite similar to him and now I can look at him every day and see him in my dreams. However, it is not as often as I would like. The whole society insists on my future marriage, which I so vehemently reject.
This is also the reason why I often run away from the palace somewhere out and outside the walls. I always go elsewhere so that the army and others cannot find me based on where I go but I often return to one place. A small and cozy bower that I found when I recently ran away. I decided to go back there.
Hiii!
Guess what. I'm still borred and translasting this story so I will probably finish it today. That means that I would not be having a speech after every part. I hope you liked it and I will see you in the next one.
Bye! Treat people with kindness!
