Kavin parks in the parking space reserved just for him in the parking lot under his building.
He uses the elevator to go to the 8th floor which is the conference hall.

Day smiles after reading Kavin's reply.

As soon as Kavin got out of the elevator, Arm approaches him.
"The investors are here already." Arm says
"I'll just let out a deep breath then I'm ready." Kavin says
Arm nodded
"I'll be picking Ren up at the airport and I'll get back here as soon as I can." Arm says
Kavin just nodded
Kavin lets out a deep breath like what he have said then goes up to the stage
All the people stands up and claps
"Good Morning, ladies and gentlemen." Kavin speaks through the mie
"You may now sit, please." Kavin added
All of his guests sits down
"Thank you for making time to come here." Kavin smiles at them

The presentation is done and Kavin could say that he did well and his investors are impressed of what he gonna put up.
"Are you able to secure a meeting with Mr. Logan Park?" Kavin asks Arm
They're on the way to his office
"Yes, you'll be having a dinner meeting with him in Plaza Hotel." Arm nodded while looking at his iPad

"At last, we meet, Mr. Park." Day says, he stands up across from Logan.
"Mr. Vallejo." Logan stands up and lends out his right hand
"Mr. Park." Day says back and accepts his hand
"This won't be long I know that you also have a meeting with Mr. Kavin Fontelera, right?" Day asks and sits across from Logan
"Yes, yes." Logan nodded
"Then I won't beat around the bush." Day gives him a small smile
"The 7th district downtown is gonna have a redevelopment." Day says
"And it will be under my company." Day added
"So, instead of signing with Mr. Fontelera, why don't you sign with me, Mr. Park?" Day lays back on his chair
"I might need more details about your redevelopment plan, Mr. Vallejo." Logan says
"Of course." Day straightens his sit
Day signals Mike to go to him
Mike bows his head when he reaches Day and hands him the output of his redevelopment plan
Day hands it to Logan
"That's the output of the building that I'll put in 7th district downtown, Mr. Park." Day says
"This looks interesting." Logan says while looking at the paper
"Estimated six months from now, this country will have its most luxurious apartment. It will even pass the Aphrodite Palace." Day says
"Its price will skyrocket high." Day added
"If you invest to my building, I guarantee that your money will come back to you tripling the money that you invested." Day simply smirks, seeing that Logan seems to consider his offer
"That sounds promising, Mr. Vallejo." Logan says and hands the paper back to Mike
"Is that a yes?" Day raises an eyebrow
"A damn yes." Logan nodded
Day lets out a small laugh
"You won't regret it, Mr. Park." Day stands up and Logan stands up as well
"And please, do listen to Mr. Fontelera's proposal first." Day says and lends out his right hand
"My secretary will be in touch with your secretary." Logan says
And they did a shake hands
"Looking forward to work with you, Mr. Park." Day gives him a small smile
Then he leaves the building with Mike
They reached the Range Rover
Mike opens the car's door for him
Mike got in on the passenger seat
"How's your talk with Logan's stepbrother?" Day asks Mike
"He's willing to cooperate with your plan, sir." Mike responds, causing Day to smile
"I won't let your dirty money be part of my business, Logan Park." Day mumbles
