Nana wins defamation case and clears up all bullying allegations.
In February, the alleged victim (henceforth referred to as "A") uploaded a post titled, "Famous idol born in 2003 bulled her half-sister." A wrote that she was a middle school classmate with the perpetrator who spoke badly of her sister to other students, and made her sister an outcast for no reason.
On June 13, Incheon Yeonsu Police Station revealed that A was charged with defamation. After investigating A, the police decided that the post was an attempt to slander Nana and that there was enough evidence to prove that claims in the post were false.
In response to the news, BigHit Music and HYBE label, "We have seen the outcome and are very satisfied with the outcome. A young girl's reputation was on the line, and we are glad to see the truth came to light."
