Anjali took the glass from Nk and sipped slowly.

"Kaku!" Aarav yelled as he woke.

"Shh... beta hum hain. Naniji." (Translation: Son, it's me, Naniji)

"Aarav, it's me Payal Aunty. You're okay?"

"I will call a doctor." Nk dialed the family doctor.

"I will call Sheetalji." Anjali said.

Sheetal swept the whole AR to find Arnav so he could accompany her to his home. She asked Aman and Lavanya, at last and they said he'd gone out with his wife.

He might be at home. Sheetal cursed her luck to look like a desperate mother. She quickly got a cab and headed to Shantivan. The scene was spectacular when she entered.

Aarav was lying on Nani's lap, his hair being caressed. Everyone was looking at him worried.

"Aarav!" She cried and ran to him. "Beta tum thik ho? Kya hua?" She put her palm on his head, his neck, his wrists. (Translation: Son, are you alright? What has happened?)

"I'm fine." Aarav retracted his hands.

"Beta, tumne breakfast bhi thik se nahi kiya. Mumma ne bola tha thik se khane ke liye." (Translation: You didn't have proper breakfast either. Mumma told you to have food properly, but you don't listen)

Aarav turned sour.

It was first time everyone saw a different Aarav. He was being moody, was the only way to describe it. Few moments ago he was laughing about Nani's stories with a smile on his face. On seeing his mother, instead of relief, fear etched his face first.

The kid sighed. "I'm really fine Mom. I just felt dizzy for a second."

"Sheetalji we have called for doctor already, he'll be here any minute." Anjali said.

Payal, meanwhile called Akash.

"Akash, do you know where Arnavji and Khushi are?"

"They have a business lunch. What happened, why are you asking?"

"Are your schedules free after lunch?"

"Payal, what happened?"

"Just tell Arnavji it's about Aarav."

"Not this again. We already discussed this."

She sighed. "It's a different issue. He already knows. I just-"

"Payalji, doctor came. Can you get some toast for Aarav, he's feeling low?" Nk came to Payal.

"Okay, I'll come." Payal replied.

"What was Nk saying, doctor, Aarav?" Akash sounded worried.

"Relax, Akash. The kid just fainted due to exhaustion so we called the doctor. But this is about something else. Something I can't say, here."

"Oh." Akash understood it was urgent or Payal wouldn't have called him at this time. "I'll pick you up after lunch."

Akash left a message to his brother to meet after lunch.

When Arnav and Khushi came back and Arnav asked for Sheetal, Aman looked at him weird.

"Don't you know?"

"What?"

"Her kid fainted at your house. She took leave for the rest of the day."

Khushi panicked. "Aarav! Arnavji we have to go."
