Nero's POV

As we stood waiting for the arrival of the new family I was only half listening to Leander's tales of fingering Regina, I could feel Brontes looking at me but my mind wasnt on it, since the punishment was set I have not felt myself and I can't pin point what the fuck is wrong with me, I wasnt even bothered with the stares and glances the females were throwing my way in training, I almost felt disgusted by the way they were acting, maybe I was unwell because this sure has never happened before to me, I have always enjoyed the rivalry between myself and Leander with the girls, I prided myself on how good a performance I could give a female and how I could make them tremble at their knees, maybe I need to see the new Doctor?

The dark SUV was now approaching and I let out a large breath, Brontes called over to ask if I was ok, I nodded my head but felt far from it, my wolf Earl was a strong part of me and this week he has been trying to take over more often, im 25 years old ffs, I should have control of my wolf by now! The SUV pulled to a halt and an older male and female exited the front, both held themselves with confidence and had smiles on their faces, just then the back doors opened and, it hit me...sweet Moon Goddess the smell of woods, spice and chocolate...MATE!

As I uttered those four words so did my brother Brontes and Leander, all of our wolves decided at this point to make a show and brought themselves forward to settled the issue NOW! I could feel Earl pushing to the front as I turned towards my brother, Leander and his wolf Malik faced the both of us, all of a sudden a ground shaking growl came from Brontes demanding respect from his soon to be Beta and third in command, I couldn't give a fuck, Earl and I wanted our mate but we both seemed confused...before we knew what was happening father, mother and Beta Erebos came running our way to separate us, I heard father speak first to Brontes.. "Calm down son, this is not a good first impression to be setting to your mate and Luna son, you will scare her", he then tuned to myself and Leander scratching the back of his neck, "Well this is a little unexpected, before we introduce ourselves properly I think it may be in everyone's best interest and safety if we determine who is mated to who, do you agree Doctor?" I stood still looking at the ground waiting for my father and the doctor to speak while trying to calm Earl down who at this point was wanting to tear Brontes and Leander a new hole! I was so fuckin nervous that I didn't want to look up, me 6ft3 Warrior and adopted son to the great Alpha shitting himself over his mate...

"Yes Alpha, and please call me William" the doctor spoke with a deep serious tone

My father approached and spoke with nothing but love and kindness..."Nero my son, please lift your head, you have nothing to be ashamed of my son, it was a small misunderstanding between you three which, we will now deal with"...to the side of me my mother was now whispering comforting words to soothe Brontes who looked like he was ready to kill either myself or Leander, Beta Erebos was trying to hold his son Leander back while his wife was trying to calm both of them down. I lifted my head as my father had requested and immediately was looking into eyes like emeralds switching back and forth to dark showing his wolf was trying to take control, our eyes locked and I was in love, just like that! One of the greatest man whores of Oregon had met his mate and it was a fuckin male, to say I was confused was a fuckin understatement, I looked over to him and he offered a smile, it was the sexiest fuckin smile I had ever seen and I could feel my pants becoming tight..this cant be happening, im not fucking gay...what has the Moon Goddess done, surely she has made a mistake? I made my way over to the male who looked like he wanted to jump my bones there and then, my mind was all over the fuckin place, I have never felt like this before over anyone never mind a male but I cant do this, not just at this moment, its just too much but, I need to explain to him before I go and clear my head...my hand is nervously rubbing the back of my neck while the sexy fucker infront of me had a badass smirk plastered on his face, this was not helping in the slightest with my pant situation or my fuckin head! "Hello, my name is Nero, I just want you to know that I am not rejecting you or us but, I just need time to think, this is quite alot to take in for me, please just give me a little time" the gorgeous man infront of me looked sad at this and I wanted nothing more than to wrap my arms around him and tell him everything would be alright but I couldn't do that just yet...shifting mid-leap I was off towards the forest, I needed to think, speak with my wolf Earl and clear my fuckin mind and fast!

Once I entered the forest I made my way down to the lake, I went to my "thinking spot", after shifting back I walked over and sat on the wooden log I had been using since I was a small boy...Earl was upset we had left our mate, he told me that we had been blessed with a strong mate who was also a Warrior and that he wanted us to go back so he could connect with his wolf while we talked things through, even though Earl was begging me to go back I just needed some time, my brain felt like fuckin mush and I couldn't fathem out what the fuck these feelings were I was experiencing towards my mate...I didn't even know his name! As I sat on my log a small smile formed on my lips thinking about those emerald eyes and that sexy smirk, he looked like he had experience which my my pants tighten at the thought...oh fuck, what the hell was happening to me!
