Prison world, 1903

No no no this cant be happening. This just cannot be happening to me. Great. I'm stuck. I'm stuck in a snowy prison world in the middle of nowhere with a psychopath. Perfect.

I mean I knew I'll die one day. But not today. And definitely not by the hands of the guy who abused my sister. But isnt it my sister who got me here in the first place?

I could've been at home living a normal life. I mean being a bartender isnt all that bad. The way Liv complains, you'd think it's a disaster. No. It was fine for me. They let me take night shifts so it's kind of fun really. The only "disaster " I've faced was this guy deciding to show up at my bar. Well look where it got me.

I didn't know what to think. Am I more angry at my sister for leaving me here or am I more concerned about the danger I'm in, being stuck in hell with the guy who killed his siblings? Okay I cant really blame him because the moment I'm out of here, I'm gonna phesmatos my bitch of a sister on fire because she had the audacity to leave me here to rot.

my thoughts were disturbed by a gut wrenching scream. it was kai. he was in pain.

I passed out when I reached the prison world. when i woke up, i saw bonnie leaving with damon, elena and a strange lady.

"kai you're hurt" i said, noticing the siphoner in pain. he didn't reply. he just stared at me with tears in his eyes.

"kai talk to me. what happened?"

"this- this is your fault. this is all your fault" he cried out in pain. "it was you who convinced me to help them and now look where it got me" he started sobbing again

he looked hurt and I didn't have the heart to yell at him.

"look where it got us kai. us. bonnie left us both here and I'm sorry for my part in it" I replied, trying not to cry.

he was lying on the snow laid land and he was bleeding. someone must have stabbed him. I'm assuming it's bonnie.

"hey get up let's find shelter" I said while offering him a hand.

he took my hand and pulled me to the ground with him. he looked at me with a dangerous glint in his eyes. what was he going to do? was he going to kill me? or hurt me?

his expression suddenly softened when he saw how scared I was.

"I'm sorry Andrea I didn't mean to say all of that" he said, with me still on the ground beneath him.

"it's— it's okay I'm fine" I replied

"god it's so cold here and I'm freezing" I said with a small giggle, hoping to release some tension.

"right let's do that" kai replied.

we walked around, trying to find an inhabitable place. I couldn't help but notice the pain in his eyes. he felt betrayed, angry and most importantly he was hurt.

I held his hands and he was taken aback by the sudden gesture.

we finally found a house and we decided to go inside.

"finally I can get rid of the warm clothes" I said while taking off my jacket.

"I'll go check the bedrooms" I said while kai collapsed on a chair

I went upstairs and opened one of the two bedrooms.

"WHAT IN THE TWILIGHT IS THIS"

the beds were broken and the entire room was in ruins.

"okay the next room better be normal or I swear to god— oh never mind it's okay"

the second room was elegant and almost undisturbed.

"KAI" I yelled out

no response.

I went downstairs and I found him sleeping on the dining chair that he collapsed in. I hate to admit this but he looked adorable.

"kai get up" I said while tapping him on the shoulder.

"yuuuh uh?" he responded in a sleepy tone

"so I checked the rooms upstairs and there's only one room that's actually inhabitable so I guess we'll have to share?"

his eyes lit up

"well I have no objections to that" he smirked
