It was a night embraced with silence,
With an angelic essense, and roses' fragrance.
It felt holy but melancholy,
Cause the moon shined white,
Like a dove escorted by love.
But the sky seemed black,
Like a wolf escorted by dark.I took my broken heart,
And my wounded mind,
Packed them in a suitcase,
Magically, with a unique grace.Their weight always felt heavy,
Like stones on my back.
And on starry nights,
They made me insomaniac.
The heart gave me infinite pain,
And the mind made me insane.
So tonight I wanted to abandon both of them,
So their war could end,
And I would be left alone,
With just me and my soul.
Thus I'd tossed them in a suitcase,
The same brown suitcase, and it's old dusty face.
And with the bandages of hope, I sealed it,
With the flowers of love, I decorated it,
And with the words of goodbye, I enchanted it.
And now I headed out to the sea,
To set it free.
So it could drown below the ocean,
Into the endless potion.
Neither did I moan
Nor did I move,
I just stood still,
As if a labour set free of his load.
***sometimes, we all wish to pack our heart and mind into a suitcase and let it drown far, far away.🤍
