"She make it clap clap clap" Yosohn sang while clapping his hands, Dave recorded him and posted it on his Instagram story.
"Who taught you that?" I asked while combing out Tristan's hair. Yosohn pointed to Dave and Dave smirked while licking his lips at me. I playfully rolled my eyes and started to braid Tristan's hair. The doorbell rang and Dave got up to answer the door.
"Ouch baby mama!" Tristan groaned as I braided his hair, I sucked my teeth and looked at the side of his head.
"You better ask your cousin what I do to people who don't like to stay still when I do they hair" I said and Tristan crossed his arms while wincing. I smacked my lips and finished the last braid.
"Bae come here" Dave said, I put the comb down and walked into the living room, I saw Choppa, Dave and some tall man standing there. I walked up to Dave and wrapped my arms around his waist.
"Ariana? Oh my" The man said and I looked at Choppa confused. Dave put his hand on my lower back and rubbed it slowly.
"That's your dad" Choppa mumbled while sitting down on the arm of the couch. I stared at the man and he was smiling at me.
"Can we talk... alone?" He asked and I just stood there, Dave pulled me infront of him and made me face him.
"We gon be in the kitchen baby" He said and I shook my head while holding my tears back. Why was I emotional? I don't even know.
"Can you stay?" I asked above a whisper and he nodded while rubbing my arm. Choppa glared at my "father" then walked to the kitchen, I heard him cock his gun while Dave sat down and pulled me on his lap. I took a deep breath and played with my fingers to calm my nerves.
"First things first I would like to apologize for not being present in your life mija, your mom and I never saw eye to eye and I just couldn't be with her anymore. But that doesn't excuse the fact that I walked out of your life.... I went into hiding because I had a hit out on me due to some choices I made in the past, I was able to pay off my debt but I want you to know I reached out to one of my brothers who passed away a few months back because he knew your mom and I wanted to meet you but he never got back to me... I've been trying to reach out to your mom as well but Choppa's father told me she died.. Ariana mi amour, I am so sorry that I wasn't here for you" My father spoke and I just sat there with tears falling from my eyes. I grabbed Dave's hand and stared off into space as he continued speaking.
"I just want to be here for you now and create a como si dice relationship with you mi amour... if you allow me too?" He continued and I laughed lowly while wiping my face with the back of my hand.
"Who's your brother? and why did you reach out to him?" I asked while leaning back into Dave.
"His name was Quincey and he knew your mom and said he use to babysit you and your siblings" He said and I gasped while standing up. Choppa walked out the kitchen and put the gun to my fathers head, Dave pulled me into his arms while I cried.
