Ok so chapter 16 was a dramatic one 😅 and judging from comments and private messages you guys are loving it which I'm glad and don't worry Emily is staying obviously 😂

Damiano pov.

Once the paramedic hopped in the door closed shut and off we went racing passed the towns to the nearest hospital "madam can you hear me?" The man asked taking out a long clear tub "Glen I'm setting up a first line of Opioids" the man told the other driver.

"madam can you tell me your name?" He asked trying to get a respond but she layed there without a whimper sound I pressed my back against the wall and watched as he got to work.. what can I do??...

"She's non responsive"he said to the driver I could tell i was like a ghost to him that made me feel good in a strange way because I knew that was fully focused on Emily.

I watched in horror as he took out a Defibrillator keeping it on the chair beside me I sat there hoping he wouldn't use it.

"now Sir what's her name?" Paramedic asked turning to me "Emily Matthews " I said
"Do you know her birthday?" He asked
"DD/MM/YYYY" I told him holding her left hand I thought it would help but I quickly pulled away in disgust mixed with fear... her hand was cold..

He nodded and took his radio that was on his shoulder.

"We have an 21 year old women who has been removed from an abusive environment with a stab wound in her upper stomach with intense bleeding.. she may have unforeseeable injuries" he spoke

"Copy that 21 female stab wound stomach, potential future injuries, we're prepared and ready.. minutes?" I heard a female voice come through "6 minutes over over"

I watched him take out another clear tub "I'm putting a second  clear line for heart increasers "
"Emily.. I've just given you an injection of adrenaline for the awake your heart more" he said injecting another needle into her I felt my stomach turn.

"Why you said she had I pluse??" I said slowly panicking
"Sir it's ok her pluse is weak so I had to gave her an injection it helps to increase heart otherwise she might not make it" he said

Few minutes later***

We got to the hospital and Emily hand feel from mine as the doctors and nurses came running out taking Emily back inside I was on their heels I keep with them till I was held back as she was wheeled into A&E. I felt myself been stopped in my traces.

"Sir you have to wait here" I looked out at a nurse already covered in her blood the sight immediately made me sick.
"I can't leave her please-" I begged waving my hand towards the door.

"Sir I'm sorry but I'm afraid you can't, look she's in the best hands right now I promise we'll do everything we can" she said removing her hands from my arms.

I nodded feeling my heart start and stop every few minutes
"Please go sit I will have a doctor take a look at  you" she said walking me into some white empty room with that she left me.
Few minutes later ***

Ethan pov.

"Where is he? " Victoria asked
"I found him " I said looking into a window to find him sitting there legs apart eblows on his thighs with his head hung down low the worrying part was his blood covered hands.

"Damiano.." Victoria whispered as she opened the door Damiano immediately looked up with blood shot eyes and red cheeks we all rushed over to him as he stood up for us to pull each other into a group hug.

"How is Emily, is there any news" Thomas asked Damiano shook his head "ah no they took her behind those door just before you all got here" Damiano said his sounded like he had been open a full 24 hours.
