Falling heels over head ~ Damiano David

Chapter 6~New friends cam feel like family.

"Emily let's see that jacket on you" Victoria said beaming of joy once I pull it out and put it on "it looks great.. you lied rock and roll is definitely your vibe" Victoria joked using her fingers to use the rock and roll hand symbol making me laugh.

With more drinks and laughter I forgot my own life for a while as the cafe seemed to turn into a small pub the later it got reminding me of the pubs back home.

I sat on the sofa against the wall watching Victoria sitting on the arm of the sofa behind Ethan I watched as she played with his hair. Damiano was playing fighting with Thomas.

Everyone seemed so happy and free
"Hey amore you still there?" I looked up to see Damiano waving his hand at me as he sat next to me with Ethan legs  behind his back acting as support "oh hi sorry I was miles away" I said rubbing my finger against the rum of my glass  "whats on the pretty lady mind" he said looking at me I felt warm under his stare with those dark brown eyes that seemed to draw me in like I was a forbidden drink.

"Home, how at certain the time the owners would lock you in and continue serving drinks playing irish music and dancing till around 4am or whenever people felt like walking home" I said reminiscence and all the good times back home.

"what made you leave... you seem like you miss it" Damiano asked placing his left elbow on top of the sofa laying his head against his plam as he continued to watch me as I talked.

"Well I fancied a change am adventure you know something to say i did that" I said rasing my glass up making Thomas joins his beer bottle up clicking the glass together.

"Why Rome?" Ethan asked suddenly wanting to know more "I've always liked the idea of coming here so I thought why not move for a year" I said honestly "just a year?" Victoria asked seeming a little off.

"Yeah unfortunately I don't know if I'll stay maybe ill go else where or back home" I said "Well I'm sure Damiano here can change your mind" Thomas said shaking Damiano hair
"Maybe show you around" Victoria said 
"You did mention how you haven't been able to see everything" she continued

i nodded looking at thomass as he wiggly his brows at me making me laugh.

Suddenly there was a strange sound coming from down stairs "whats that ?" I asked

Victoria pov:

"Whats that?" Emily asked "oh that's just the old clock it goes off at 5 instead of 12am, dan meant to fix it" I said taking a mouth full of my drink.

"IT'S 5pm!! Oh I have to go .. ahh shot" Emily quickly said standing up making us stop our conversations
"What why?" Thomas asked i think his already warmth to her like that's hard for him.
"I have to get back before - hmm my landlord locks the door otherwise I have to climb through the back... it's messing" she said placing her bag over her shoulder.

Damiano stood up leaving his drink unattended  "I'll walk you-
"NO.. I'm its ok really I don't live far " Emily said a little tp quickly for our liking.

"Really it's ok ill be fine"
"I wasn't asking." Damiano declared picking up his jacket from the chair "I'll see you back at home" Damiano said walking downstairs with that Emily hugged us goodbye.

"I'll call you tomorrow ok" I said she nodded "please do thanks again for tonight" Emily said and left with Damiano.

Damiano pov:

I waited by the bottom steps till Emily walked down next to me "lets go"
"Wait i ha r to pay form y drinks" Emily said reaching into her purse i pulling her hand out "don't bother your with us tonight we never pay ... beside dan would be insulted if you did"
