CHAPTER FIFTEEN

ASHTON

            I was awaken by Jon and Luna’s yelling. I had to share a room with Levi because Luna wanted to share with Jon. God, stupid girlfriend-boyfriend thing. Why couldn’t everyone be single like our middle school years.

            Well, better yet, where’s my love life gone?[1]

            I hear Luna yell something then it gets quiet. About time. I decide to get some water, so I could have something to cool me off. As I walk through the hallways, I hear footsteps behind me.

  

            I jump around and find Luna and Jon.

            “What the hell!” I scream.

            “Shut up Ashton, we don’t want to wake anyone up.” Jon yells and I scoff.

            “Too late.” I said. They look confused so I roll my eyes and walk away.

            “Hey, why are you up?” Luna asks. I turn around and give her an incredulous look.

            “You two woke me up with your stupid yelling.” I whisper. “So I decided to get a cup of water.” I added.

            Trying to ignore their obnoxiously loud talking, I yawn. I was still sleepy.

            I wanted to go back to bed with Levi, but then I would probably just wake up a few minutes later. Only because Levi gets up early and he’d wake me up along with everyone else.

            “Hey guys, ya’ll are up early,” Tanner said walking into the kitchen. The lovebirds and I have been here for an hour just talking. It was extremely boring.

            “Hi Tanner.” I waved. I suddenly hear yelling coming from the hallway and I know who it is.

            “No! You can’t have popcorn for breakfast, that’s weird!” Logan yells.

            “It’s perfectly normal! Popcorn could be eaten at anytime! I repeat, any!”

            “Logan and Phoenix, will you please shut up?” I yell. They turn and look at me.

           “Hey Luna! Would you eat popcorn in the morning or night?” Phoenix asks.
