Darwin dashes at the girl left and right, there was no mistaking that they were both getting faster by the second. what would make the average person exhausted to the bone was nothing but a little game of tag in a backyard to them. they were both moving with intensity but the girl had reached her limit. She wasn't tired but she just couldn't move faster than she already was. It wasn't the same with darwin, he just got faster and faster until he caught the girl. He grabbed her by the neck and slammed her body on the ground. his hand still around her neck, he stairs her down and puts his face closer to hers. both have taking breaths swiftly. Darwin with his exhausted tone "give...me...my...key". she looks him in the eye, smiles, moves her lips towards his, and just misses them and goes for his ear instead "it's not your key, I just happened to have the exact same key. I'm surprised and hurt you have no idea who I am Darwin. I'm Rosetta but people call me Rose for short, I'm in your class." Darwin gets up, takes a step back and with the coldest stare imaginable says to rose "Then what hell was I chasing you around for? why didn't I see you my class? where the hell did you get my number?" Rose's response was cheerful "I was bored, the spotlight was stolen by those other four in class and all the information I needed was in the registration book, from your number to your address, and now that I answered all your questions, answer my one. why would a rusted old key mean so much to you?" Darwin returns into his dead state self and says with a calm voice "look, I have no idea why did what you did or how you about that key but I promise you this, keep digging around and you'll find out it was a grave this whole time. I promise it won't be mind. GO." without fighting back or being her annoying self she grins then leaves. Darwin walks back into his house to find his mom there and his mom was in shock. her face was a mixture of both joy and fear. Darwin sighs and pats her head as he walks upstairs to the shower to wash off the grass and sweat on him and hopefully the thought of someone else having the very key which he tried to keep buried in history his whole life, the very key which brings back horrid memories, the very key which would unlock his fear-filled past
