But that one resident was not going to be all. In a matter of seconds, a dozen other residents came running, teleported in front of them, or came flying towards the ground where they were standing. In front of them were too many people, Melian thought. She turned around, glancing at Cypher & Isiah as she now saw them both in a stance like she was, getting ready to defend themselves &attack back if the chance came. As she was slightly smiling to herself, she felt quick heat coming towards her.

She turned her head around quickly, but not quickly enough. In front of her, now just a small centimeter away as six residents all came quickly towards them, barely leaving any time to react. Fayre however was quick, as it was wrapped around Melians body, now squeezing her together more. It was almost so tight that it barely left any space for Melian to fill up her lungs with any air, leaving her there almost breathless, quite literally.

Fayre was reacting quick though. Just as the residents were almost too close to them, Fayre quickly flew away, the image before Melian's eyes quickly flashed before her eyes, but she was able to somehow make out that they were turning to get behind them. As they finally both stood still, she saw Cypher & Isiah fighting a bunch off that were right in front of them, before they too ran off the sides, getting away with them. Without Melian's commando however, Fayre quickly formed a fireball in front of them & shot it at the resident in high speed, as the sound of their loud screams emitted throughout the room, which strangely enough made Melian chuckle to herself.

As the fireball hit them a giant flame emitted in front of them all, which did not burn them, but much rather catapulted them all away as they all flew to the sides & some landed into the barrier with their backs, which incredibly hurt them, since Diablo made the wall quite unpassable.

Except not enough.

They all hit the ground loudly as Fayre placed Melian down on the ground softly, as it was safe to do so. Cypher & Isiah were behind her too, still in a ready to fight stance. They were all facing the barrier now, with all the residents they had just fought off on the ground in front of them. This would not last for long though.

Suddenly, again new residents in front of them & some behind them. Melian turned her head again, trying to inspect them as quickly as she possibly could. But as she looked around, they were now too many of them, all surrounding the friends. If she had to guess, there were definitely around 20 new residents there.

Melian did not know what to do in that moment. Fighting them as a group of three was hard, no matter how good they all were at fighting it would not have much use, since definitely new residents would appear as soon as they defeat some of the ones in front of them.

''Fayre!'' Melian screamed. She had to only call Fayre's name & think about what it was supposed to do & it would follow Melian's orders no matter what. Fayre quickly came flying towards Melian again, fusing together with her, which would give her enhanced powers & speed. Melian extended her arms out, quickly grabbing Cypher & Isiah's as she held their hands tight, leaving them no time to react.

Just after that, Melian & Fayre came rushing towards the barrier, holding onto her two other friend's hands & passing the gate, leaving all of the residents behind her & them in the realm in front of them. Due to the great pressure, which was on the barrier as they passed, Fayre quickly let go of Melian & her friends, which left them all stumbling on the floor.
