Chapter 22

Unexpectedly Lost.

Flor was immediately rushed to the hospital quickly. The hours would go by rapidly and no news or any updates on Flor's condition. Hyuna, Dawn, and a few others showed up to the hospital where Doctor Lee was attending his granddaughter in the emergency room.

Mateo on the other hand, acted like he cared about what just happened his daughter. He was pacing around the lobby like a desperate idiot. By tomorrow morning, it was probably going to be on the news and everyone was going to know soon.

After hours of being in the unknown, the doctors who were operating on Flor, came into the lobby to give everyone the update on Flor's condition. By the looks on their faces, it looks like there was awful news about her.

"Due to the impact of the fall, she received a brain injury, but we were able to fix it, but it looks Flor fell into a coma while she was being operated on..."

"A COMA?!?" Mateo shouts.

Reina eyes looked they were about to fall off her eye sockets. She was breathing aggressively as she fell on her knees.

Not a single tear could fall from eyes. Pain had already became numbness to her. She couldn't feel anything at this point.

"How long is my granddaughter going to be in a coma?" Reina's mother asks.

"It might not be accurate but maybe it will be around 3 to 5 months."

"God damn it!!" Mateo slams his fits onto the wall.

"I'm going to f*cking kill you!!!!" Reina for up grabs Mateo's shirt.

Hyuna and Dawn went after her. Hyuna and Reina's mother pulled Reina away from Mateo. While Dawn had to separate him as well.

"IF FLOR DOESN'T WAKE UP, I'M CHARGING YOU WITH 2ND DEGREE MURDER!!!"

"Reina dear!! Calm down!!" Hyuna says.

"NO! You all need to hear what kind of monster he is!!!"

"Shut the hell up you sl*t!!!!" Mateo yells.

"No!! Everyone needs to know what kind of man he is!!" Reina yells.

"Not now Reina. You need to calm down! You're obviously stressed out about Flor's condition." Her mother puts her hand on her shoulder.

"This is a perfect time to expose the bastard!!"

"EVERYONE STOP IT!!!" A doctor interferes as he screams loudly.

"You guys are like animals!! No! Much worse than animals!! You guys are disturbing other patient's peace!!" Another ones says.

"Leave Mateo." Hyuna points towards the exist.

"You can't make me leave!!"

"Father! I want this asshole out of here." Reina says.

"Get out of here or I'm going to call security this instant." He walks towards Mateo.

"Your time as a doctor is going to come to an end very soon old man." Mateo says quietly and leaves the lobby.

"Threaten me all you want. I don't care anymore." Doctor Lee says.
