Chapter 25

All hell breaks lose.

A few hours before Reina got into a heated argument with Mr. Garcia and received a bullet to the stomach. Jaehyun was walking out the hospital and he approaches his car until the corner of his eye caught something.

He spotted Lucia and Mateo getting out of the car. Jaehyun squinted his eyes and he realized that it was his older half brother. Jaehyun turns around and inhales like never before. Thats when he saw a huge bump on Lucia's stomach.

"She's pregnant!! And she's carrying his baby?!?" He says in his mind.

That's when he pulls out a face mask out of his pocket and decides to follow them discreetly. He saw Mateo putting his arm on Lucia. He quietly approaches them.

"So, do you know what to do?" Mateo looks at her.

"I can't believe you're going to kidnap an innocent child!"

"Shut the hell up?!?" He shushes her.

"Why do you even want to kidnap your own daughter?!?"

"This is payback for what Reina has done to me. She took the one opportunity that would of made me the most powerful being in Asia away from me, so I'm going to take away the thing she loves the most in her life! Our daughter!!"

"You are a sick bastard!!"

"Hey!!! At least your baby will have an older sister!" He smirks.

"Asshole! And what if the plan doesn't go accordingly?!"

"Simple! We'll resort to violence!"

"This is the last time I'll ever help you!!! If we get caught, I won't hesitate to spill everything to the police!!"

"If you do that, I'll make sure you'll lose that baby!!!"

"You sick piece of shit!! What if Reina is with her daughter right now!?!?!"

"If she is the hospital, I'll take care of her."

"What the hell are they arguing about?" Jaehyun says to himself.

"I have no choice but to follow them." He goes after them.

Jaehyun took a shortcut. After running several flights of stairs, he arrives at the 5th floor. Where Flor was staying. He bursts into Flor's room and he saw Flor resting on the bed.

"Thank goodness that she is okay." He says to himself.

The room's vibe immediately turned negative when he felt an uncomfortable sensation. The silence was so loud but at the same time he could clearly hear his heart beating.

Using his fast reflexes, he turns around so fast that he caught the vaccine in his and and gave Mateo a deadly death stare. Mateo was disgusted as a doctor. He was planning on giving a shot to the person who was guarding Flor without them knowing.

"LET GO OF THE VACCINE YOU BASTARD!" Mateo tries to move his right arm.

Jaehyun grabs the vaccine out his hand threw it at the wall using his fast reflexes. The needle penetrated the wall so badly that it formed cracks around it.
