“Ill keep up with our old friends
Just to ask them how you are.
I hope its nice where you are.”

That night I waited patiently for Yale to come pick me up. I didn’t bother changing my clothes, because it wasn’t a date, and I didn’t want it to seem like one. We were just two friends going to the movies together. Right?
The doorbell rang and I grabbed my wallet and slipped on my boots before opening the door to see a smiling Yale.
“You didn’t have to come to the door, Yale.” I informed him, following him down the walkway to his car. I climbed in the passanger seat and he got into the driver’s seat and started his Mustang.
“Yeah, but I decided to be a gentleman.” He shot me a winning smile. When we arrived at the movie theater we ddebated what movie we were going to see.
“NEVER SAY NEVER!” I exclaimed. “JBIEBZ!”
“hellllllllllllllll no.” Yale shook his head no. I frowned and begun pouting.
“but I wanna see the bieber movie.” I said in the saddest cutest voice I could come up with.
He sighed. “Ugh, fine.” He paid for our tickets, after I told him that id be happy to pay, but he wouldn’t let me. But I succeeded in buying extra super buttery popcorn. >:D We entered the movie theater with out 3D glasses and glow sticks and excitedly took a seat in the back.
After the movie I excitedly skipped out of the theater, dragging Yale out behind me.
“AND I WAS LIKE BABY BABY BABY OOOOOH.” Yale sang horribly, smiling. I laughed and we walked to his car.
“Dinner? Ill pay.” I offered. I was hngry, all that popcorn barely filled me up. “We should get sushi.”
“Ew.”
“How do you not like sushi?” I couldn’t believe anyone didn’t like it.
He made a disgusted face. “Raw fish just isn’t my thing.”
“at least trry it!” I dragged him into the Sushi Grill by the movie theater and we sat down to eat. I ordered some basic Sushi, so Yale wouldn’t have to try anything too bad, and he ordered a steak. When our food came, I used my chop sticks and held a piece of sushi out to Yale. He took a expiremental bite, and nibbled on it a bit.
“Not that bad but I still don tlike it.” I sighed at him, rolling my eyes. We left the restaurant after paying and headed out to the car. Yale drove me home and we arrived at my house in 6 minutes.
He walked me up to the door sweetly.
“Welll bye.” He smiled shyly. I smiled back at him and then before I knew it he quickly pecked me on the lips and was back in his car in seconds leaving me shocked.
