Ohmygod, yesterday was horrifying. Sakura and I had discussed what had happened and we went out to eat. That part wasn't so bad, but then we saw him.
I didn't know he worked at Denny's! He was serving another table when I heard him laughing. I regret leaving as I did, but I couldn't have let him see me. I felt humiliated, as I do now. It's a good thing that I'm great at masking my emotions.

I set down my journal on the desk I was sitting at and sighed. I stood and walked to my bed, careful not to trip over my book bag. I lied down on my crisp bed sheets, nuzzling my face into the pillow.
This would have felt nice if I weren't thinking about that certain someone.
