jaemin was pulling on his hair as he let out curses in the middle of the corridors.

donghyuck had disappeared.

jaemin had attended three classes, and he had come back to have a meal with donghyuck, but when he got to the infirmary, he was greeted by donghyuck's empty bed.

"where can he have gone?" jaemin asked himself out loud. "i was sure letting him alone wasn't a good idea... why the hell did i do that?!"

jaemin slapped his cheek, scolding himself for being so careless before heading back to the infirmary.

he wanted to question the nurse. she would surely have seen something.

donghyuck was limping and hitting every object around when walking.

it was hard not to notice him.

"and she's not here!" he exclaimed when he opened the nurse's office and didn't see her there. "donghyuck, where the fuck are you?!"

jaemin sat on the chair to think for a few seconds, but he was disturbed almost immediately.

"huh... sorry?"

the slytherin lifted his eyes, gasping at the sight in front of him.

a gryffindor was standing in front of him, the unconscious body of his best friend in his arms.

"what did you do to my best friend!" jaemin yelled approaching donghyuck's body. "asshole! he's sick! why did you take him out!"

jaemin started screaming and cursing at the older gryffindor, not letting him anytime to speak or explain the situation.

"i didn't take him out. i was peeing and i heard someone throwing up. when i got out, he fainted, and so, i brought him here." mark explained.

"o-oh..."

jaemin coughed, feeling bad for a second for screaming at this boy who brought his best friend back to him.

"huh... sorry, i guess. i was worried." jaemin told.

"it's okay. where do i put him?"

"this is his bed." jaemin pointed at a bed a few meters away from them.

mark carefully lied the brunette there, making sure he was tucked under the covers.

"is he alright?" mark asked.

"he's been sick since a bludger hit him at the game against ravenclaw." jaemin told.

"will he be able to play next week?"

"i'm not sure. he says that he will, but he's in a bad state."

mark hummed, looking at the peaceful boy's face.

"thanks for bringing him here." jaemin told.
