The winds were blowing calmly. The night was perfect on the sea. A ship was sailing through the waves, but unlike their usual night, everyone was silent. They were almost getting to land, but to one they should not. Pirates. Men and women, all of them on that ship with a big dark flag, visible in a long distance. On the main post, on top of the small platform at the very edge, a woman with hair as dark as the flag was watching through a wooden telescope, seeing what was beyond land. She adjusted her pointy hat and lowered the wood object down.
Her green orbs reflected the moon light. By a rope, she got down from such hight spot and called her friends, telling them to anchor on the place for the night. They were going to be on land soon enough.
"Excited to go back home?" One of the pirates aboard asked the woman once she got in the main floor.
"Couldn't be more." She forced a smile.
He gave her a pat in the back and walked away, as she approached the board of the ship. Home. The place she had to leave years ago. She was back, and for a mission. The woman turned to her friends and shouted them some orders. Afterwards they all went to sleep. She couldn't, though. She stayed awake until the sunrise and only then was when she woke everyone up to continue sailing towards land. The part where they stayed was hidden, far away from the main city. Once the ship got close enough, they went to the smaller boats and left to the beach.
There, the mission started. Talking carefully with details about the plan, the green eyed woman asked for a day. A day was all she needed to get all the information to proceed. And that as exactly what she did that day. The woman disguised herself and walked around her old town, remembering with a smile her good times, trying to avoid the bad memories. Then, she went to the castle. How well she remembered those gardens... It was nostalgic. However, once she saw a certain princess walking around, her smile disappeared. She watched her simply walking by the flowers on the garden, peaceful. The pirate didn't stay there for too long though, she quickly returned to the forest where she met with her companions and explained everything.
During the night, after the princess was done with her routine, simply laid on the bed to sleep, her window was opened. Everything had to go as planned for the pirates. Therefore, the woman with hair as dark as the night entered on the bedroom and walked to the bed. The room was dark, and she stared at the young woman that was laid on the mattress.
The young princess, dressed with her night long dress to sleep, was peaceful resting. Comfortable on her big bed. The wind from the window made her frown a little and get more under the cosy blankets but she didn't woke up with the person on her room. The woman walked closer to the bed and casually sat down, getting a dagger, which she passed on the other's cheek. That made the princess hum a little and move away so the object wouldn't touch her.
"Always so careless." The pirate whispered and pressed her cheek.
Again the woman moved starting to wake up, she passed her hand on her face and felt the blade. Slowly her hand traced through it until it touched the human hand. Immediately her eyes opened and she looked around but tensing up due to the sharp objects.
"Took you long enough to open those pretty eyes." The other mocked and stood up, walking closer with the blade pointed to her. "A sound and you won't see the sun again."
Quickly, y/n, the princess, sat down and back off from the woman with her gaze on the pirate, who was oddly familiar.
"Tsk." She smirked. "Don't move princess, we don't want to cut that precious skin. I wonder how much is it worth."
"Gua..." She started calling loudly.
The pirate quickly covered her mouth before putting the sharp blade on her throat. "What did I just say!?"
