"Would you take this man to be your lawfully wedded husband?" the minister asked. She looked upon her hands intertwined with a tall man, knowing him all her life still made her barely know who he was at all. She would have never done this, if not been told, if not her life hanging in the balance.

The man gripped her hand tighter "I-I do." she muttered, forcing a weak smile to appear amongst her. The man across the beautiful-looking bride had a huge grin across his face, maybe crowds couldn't see it over her veil but her eyes were filled with lust, desperation, and pain.

This was not the life she wanted, but it was the only life she had and was given to her. The life of Dheandra Harrison. Now married to her new husband Nile Jefferson.

After the wizarding war, most of the Deatheaters managed to escape bonded in marriage towards others to begin a new life and simply survive. That day everything changed, she never could be free, bound by marriage.

A year has flown by and the newly wedded couple adjusted with each other, Dheandra worked at St Mungo's she always loved taking care of people mostly creatures, the Nile worked in the ministries law department. They would spend their morning apart and their nights either in a rampage or silence. The two were never happy with this arrangement, Nile thought about this to his advantage, his personal advantage. Nights of screams from their bedrooms and cries and the cracks. Leaving home in bruises and scars was a thing Dheandra had to and gotten used to ever since marrying the Nile. She would hide in closets of St Mungos and use any vile, potion, or serum to heal the bruises.

Luckily working alongside her good friends Angelina Johnson and Daphne Greengrass has made her life happy and less miserable these days. Away from control and subduction, away from his cruel and vile ways. Both Angelina and Daphne noticed the marks and scars and knew who they were caused by, Daphne knew about the marriage more than Angelina did since she was involved in the inner circle of the purebloods. She never liked the Nile, never liked how he treated one of her closest friends from school, like a slave and personal toy of his own. Angelina only knew that she would give him a piece of his mind if she ever saw this man.

Months continue to fly by, the three women have had their training program completed. Now they had been caring for magical creatures and Dheandra had been placed in the care of the lycanthropy department. She had always had a special connection regarding werewolves, growing close to her old professor at Hogwarts Remus Lupin, devastated to know he had passed. She puts passion into her job where she would treat her patients as any other being. She would always be supportive and would do anything to work late nights to help those in need, especially the scared little children.

"Well then you've been doing great Mr. Weasley, just continue to take the medicines and you'll be perfectly fine, although I do suggest letting loose once in a while could be very beneficial regarding your condition. Unlike many others in the department, your condition has not spread as dangerously," she said scribbling down on her clipboard.

"Thank you so much Dheandra you're too good to me." he chuckled, stretching out his arms. " And please, it's Bill." A knock came on the door when a tall blonde woman came in.

"Allo, Luv ." A strong french accent escaped her lips as a smile streamed across her flawless face. Dheandra smiled at the lady, " Dheandra Jefferson, I'm the junior specialist here, your husband is doing so well. He is a strong man. I believe congratulations are in order." she raised her eyebrow to the lady with a bump on her stomach.

"Ah yes, little Victoire, she's due in two months." she giggled. Dheandra chuckled " Well by the looks from both of you the baby will be beautiful Mrs..?"
