Before anyone could react, I grabbed Draco by the front of his robes and pulled him fully into the room. I quickly closed the door, warded it, and threw up a strong silencing charm. I then whirled around to face Draco and asked, "Just what part of sneaking out of the castle in the middle of the night escaped your brain functions? What are you trying to do? Bring the whole of the castle's occupants down here? For Merlins sake Draco!"

Draco just stared at me in shock, not saying a word. I could hear Lucius chuckling quietly off to my side. As an after thought I added, "Oh, cursing Draco, really? That's not befitting of a Pureblood, much less a Malfoy."

That seemed to snap Draco out of his shock because he now had a sneer on his face and his wand pointed in-between my eyes. "Listen here Scarhead, I don't know what you're up to but I won't let you run to Dumbledore like the rat you are. OB..."

Before Draco could finish the spell I quietly summoned his wand into my hand and just held it out for Lucius to take from me.

"Draco Lucius Malfoy, what have I taught you? Do not cast any curses, jinxes, or spells in general before getting to know the situation and risks. Now, before you rudely interrupted Mr. Potter, Severus, and I, Mr. Potter was about to remove our Dark Marks. He is helping us. Be quiet and wait for further instructions. Also, if I hear language like that come from your mouth again, I will force you to sit through all your etiquette and language classes again." Lucius chastised his son.

Draco, on his part, had a slight pink dusting his cheeks and was looking down at the floor. Lucius then turned back towards me and said, "I do apologize for my son Mr. Potter, I tried instilling certain matters into his head, but being my only child I fear I have spoiled him. I do sincerely hope you can forgive me this slight."

My eyes flickered between Lucius and Draco, my brow creased in confusion, before finally speaking up, "Wait! His 'I hate Potter' attitude isn't an act? Huh. Goes to show even I can't know everything. Though, I am slightly curious as to the why Draco hates me but no matter, not really important. Mr. Malfoy, thank you, but no need to apologize, no harm done. Now, onto those Marks, yes?"

Both Lucius and Severus nodded in my direction, trying not to show their eagerness. It is quite the amusing sight watching these normally composed men lose some of that.

"Who wants to go first?" I ask them.

"I will Potter. If anything goes wrong, I leave no one behind, Lucius has a son, and you can fix whatever mistakes happen." Snape looks at me with his brow raised, as if daring me to challenge him on his thoughts.

"Alright." I look around noticing something, "Maybe we shouldn't have packed up all the chairs. Hold on." I use my wand to conjure two chairs for them to sit on. "Okay, that's better. Sit down and give me your left arm please."

I wait for Snape and Lucius to both sit and roll up their sleeves. I grab Snapes arm first, one hand above the mark and one hand below it. I close my eyes and reach out with my magic to feel for the connection to Voldemort. Once I find it, I trace it back to his magical core, then in Parseltongue I hiss, "Bound through anothers will, Unwilling to be bound, Your task is done. Unwind thy connection. Set thee free." As I am speaking, I unweave the black cords of magic in his core before severing it completely. I hear Snape scream but on my high of magic, I ignore him. I quickly grab Lucius' arm and repeat the process.

When I finally open my eyes, both Lucius and Snape are clutching bleeding arms. I quickly cast spells to stop the bleeding while also summoning a jar of Dittany. As soon as the bleeding stops, I open the jar and apply it to both of them.

I fall onto my back, magically and physically exhausted, and close my eyes. After a few minutes, knowing my job isn't done yet, I sit up and look at them. Both Lucius and Snape are staring and rubbing at their now bare forearms with a look of astonishment.

"I know you both would love to sit here and admire your mark free arms but now you really need to leave." I pull out the portkey from my pocket, it's a replica of Athena's statue, and hand it to Lucius. "The key word is Wise. It will work through Hogwarts wards, so we don't need to worry about getting caught on the grounds. Draco grab a hold."

Draco for his part has been silent the entire time. I'm not sure if it's from shock or he was afraid I'd accidentally kill his his father and Godfather. Either way my words snapped him to attention and he grabbed the base of the statue.

Once all three had a good hold, ready to leave, Lucius turned towards me one last time. Meeting my eyes, like he was searching for something, before finally voicing his thoughts. "Aren't you coming with us? If Dumbledore is as manipulative as you say, wouldn't it be safer to leave?"

"As much as I would love to leave and not deal with Dumbledore anymore, I can't tip my hand too early. I need him to think I'm still his 'Golden Boy'. I promise, if I do end up joining you, I will answer any and all questions you have. Plus, we still need eyes and ears here in Hogwarts. Should anything happen, I can warn you." I sigh and close my eyes. I'm a bit dizzy and still quite exhausted. All I want to do is crawl into my bed again.

Lucius just nods at me.

"Goodbye Potter." Came from both Snape and Draco.

"Till we meet again Mr.Potter." says Lucius.

With a tap of a wand and the word Wise, they are finally gone.

I grab my invisibility cloak from my pocket, throw it on my shoulders, and walk towards the door.

Before I can even raise my hand to take down the wards and spells, my world turns black as I feel myself falling.
