                Disappointment. That one word described what I felt last night up until now. Yes, I am honored that I am now Alpha of our pack. But I really expected that I would find my mate that night. We even invited other packs to come and celebrate with us. With that lots of female werewolves, I didn't find my mate. I can't believe this. Sigh.

                "If you keep sighing, then your happiness will slip away." David said in a sing-song way.

                "I don't have my happiness." I said grumpily then crossed my arms on my chest.

                "What is this? Our Alpha is acting like a spoiled ‘lil brat!" David feigning shock and his mouth made an 'o' shape.

                "Oh, shut up!" I said then I shoved him away causing for David to fell down from my bed, face first. The look on his face was so epic that I couldn't stop myself from laughing.

                "Wow. Yeah, I'm fine. Thanks for asking, BESTFRIEND." he said while rubbing the sore spot on his face.

                I only just grinned at him. When I saw the time, I patted his back gently.

                "Come on now. We got to go or we're going to be late for first period." I said standing up.

                "Yeah yeah..." David grumpily said, while standing up. Then suddenly he looked at me with a very wide smile. That looks kind of creepy and hilarious at the same time. Just imagine a white guy; his forehead and nose are so red with a very BIG smile looking at you.

                "What's up with that face?" I asked.

                "Can I drive your car today?" he asked.

                "What? No way!” I exclaimed. I don't like it when someone else drives my baby.

                "Aw come on! You push me on your bed. I fell on the floor! Not to mention my beautiful face hit it first!" he explained.

                "Hey! It was an accident! And besides, it's not my fault that your face becomes friendly with the floor...Pfft!" I said but then broke on laughing when his image earlier pop out in my mind.
