Ch. 3 (rewritten)

"Mitch why are you here?" I say

"I wanted to get some time outdoors" Mitch says

"I doubt that" I say

"Yea I'm just here to mess with you two" Mitch says

"You really want to do that remember last time you tried to fight me" I say

"I'm not going to fight you guys I'm just going to be pranking you" Mitch says

"Well I'm going to prank you back if you prank us" I say

"I'd like to see you try" Mitch says walking away from us

"I hate him so much" I say

"I do too" jack says

Me and jack go inside our tent "alright you probably want an explanation about what you saw earlier" I say

"Yea i have a bunch of questions for you" jack says

"Alright ask away" i say

"First off what are you?" jack says

"I'm a shapeshifter I've been like this for 5 years" I say

"You mean you can turn into any animal on command" jack says

"Yea how did you know that?" I say

"I've been reading a bunch of books on shapeshifters" jack says

"Wait really?" i say

"Yea when I bought them the people thought I was crazy" jack says

"Really?" I say

"Yea I always wished shapeshifters were real and here I am talking to one" jack says

"Wait so you're alright with this" I say

"Yea also why did you hold your stomach earlier" jack says

"Well when I have to shift I get pain in my stomach and I can only stay human for a few hours" I say

"That makes sense it didn't say anything about that in the book" jack says

"Yea there's probably a lot of things that are wrong in the shapeshifting books you've read" I say

"Can I ask two more things?" jack says

"Sure" I say

"First can you fly?" jack says

"Yea I can it's very tiring though so I don't do it much" I say

"Alright secondly can you breath underwater?" jack says

"Yea if I shift into a shark or a dolphin or something then yea I can breath underwater" I say

"You got to prank Mitch" jack says

"Yea but how?" I say

"Shark attack" jack says

"Yea there's a river I can do that" I say

"Mitch won't see this coming" jack says

"Yea I'll be in the river just try to get him to swim alright" I say

"Got it" jack says

Jacks POV

James leaves the tent "alright it's time for me to lure Mitch the river first I need to put a bathing suit on" I say to myself putting on a bathing suit

Mitch comes in the tent "what's up loser" Mitch says

"Nothing I'm just about to go for a swim in the lake" I say
