I wake up feeling rested "man I feel different" I say to myself getting off my bed going into my bathroom and I wash my face as i look In the mirror I see a wolf In the reflection "what the hell am I seeing things?" I look at my hands and I see paws "nope I must be losing my mind"
"James you need to get ready for school" molly says outside the door
"Alright mom I'll be out In a minute" I say
"Alright hurry up" molly says
"Crap what can I do maybe if I think of someone I like maybe I'll change back" I say to myself thinking of the times I've been hanging out with jack i look in the mirror and I see my face in the reflection "ok maybe it was just me being stressed or something" I say to myself walking out of my room
"James what took you so long?" molly says
"Just had to use the bathroom" I say
"Alright then let's go" molly says taking me to her car
I get in the car "what just happened why did I look like a wolf earlier" I say to myself
"James are you alright you seem concerned about something" molly says
"It's nothing don't worry about it I'm fine" I say
"Are you sure you know you can talk to me about anything" molly says
My mom drives me to school and we arrive a few minutes later "thanks mom" I say getting out of the car
"You're welcome have a good day" molly says driving off
"Hey James you doing alright from yesterday?" jack says next to me
"Not really can you not bring it up" I say
"I'll try not to" jack says
"Alright let's get in before Mitch find us" I say
"Good idea" jack says
We walk into the school "no sign of Mitch that's good" I say
"Maybe he finally decided not to mess with us today" jack says
"Yea that's good" I say
"Well I got to get to class" jack says
"Yea same I'm one tardy away from a detention" I say
"Sorry to hear that man well see you later" jack says walking away
I walk to my class "James you're on time for once" mr. Johnson says
"You sound surprised" i say
"Yea you're usually almost never on time" mr. Johnson says
"Well I didn't run into Mitch so yea" I say
I walk into the classroom and i take my seat and the teacher walks into the class as the bell rings "alright everyone today we got a test I hope everyone studied" mr. Johnson says handing out the test papers
"Well my day is officially ruined first my dad and now a test" I say to myself
"Here you go James good luck" mr.Johnson says handing me my test
I look at the test "oh god he never taught us this stuff" I say to myself
"You have until the end of class to finish this test good luck everyone" mr. Johnson says
I fill out random answers "thank god this is a true or false test At least I'll have a 50% chance to get the answers right" I say to myself
