...The Last Time...

*Ray's Pov*

Emma: Wanna follow her?
Ray: I won't stop you.

She started following Y/N out the door, and I was behind Emma.
As we quietly followed Y/N to the forest without her realizing.

We got to her usual spot and she again just stood their. With her head hanging low.
She inhaled and exhaled loudly, with frustration in her shaky voice.

Y/N: Damnit.

She sat down.

Y/N: Why did you guys have to get yourselves killed.

She said getting back up and going to some bushes. Ruffling around in them to find more stuff.

Emma: She basically lets out all of her emotions our here.
Ray: Ya. Basically.

I watched as she went to a different bush.

Emma: It's so sad seeing her like this.

I nodded as I continued to examine Y/N.
Looking back at Emma for a second, I heard Y/N gasp.
Turning back to look at Y/N, I saw her cover her mouth as she picked up something.

She went back to her usual spot, and sat down. Still in shock from what she had found. I heard as Y/N started crying.
Emma got up from her spot and I grabbed her hand, shaking my head no.
This time Emma didn't listen and she walked over to Y/N.
Damnit..I might as well go too.

When Emma reached Y/N, she gave her a hug. Like when we first met Y/N.

I only stood behind them.
As Y/N continued to cry, she showed us what she had found.
It was a picture of her and 2 other kids.

Y/N: I thought I was never gonna find this.

She wiped her tears and smiled. She then stood up and took our hands.

Y/N: I love you guys.

She smiled, which made me slightly blush. Emma hugged her and Y/N hugged back, and she didn't let go of my hand.

Emma: We love you too Y/N.
Y/N: Ok let's go..home.

She hesitated to say.

Ray: What's the sudden change in heart?
Y/N: I find this a sign.

I tilted my head.

Y/N: I mean if you think about it. It's like the universe is telling me I have to live. Every night for a week, I yelled for the demon to come and kill me, but it never came. Today I found a picture of myself with my friends.

She looked at the picture. I smiled when I saw her give one of her real smiles. One without so much pain in it.
Emma took a step back from Y/N, not realizing Y/N was still holding my hand.

She looked up at me and smiled, while from the corner of my eye I saw Emma's eyes twinkle and slightly smirk from this scene.

I looked at Y/N and she was looking at her picture. I placed my finger on her chin and made her look up at me. Without hesitation I kissed her.
