One Direction; a daughter oneshot

I wrote this really quick for a friend to give her feels, after seeing the picture on tumblr so yeah. I guess this could apply to any of the boys, so imagine it with whomever you like. It's kinda rough, sorry.

Your daughter's about 12 years old. The two of you have flown to New York to visit daddy while he's on tour. But she has to wait in the hotel until he's done with the interview hes doing. As badly as she wants to, she's told she can't go outside due to all of the paps. She's sad 'cause she feels like there's always a pane of glass between her and the rest of the world because daddy's famous and you wanna keep her safe.

Eventually, as she gets older, she starts to resent both of you for being the reason she has to live such a boring and sheltered life. Once she turns 18, she runs away, going back to New York, remembering how beautiful and exciting it looked as a child, to get out from beneath her fathers shadow and live her own life.
