I wake up to George laying on my chest. I nudge him, needing to go brush my teeth and get ready for the day before I get too lazy and forget. He nuzzles closer into me, begging me to stay. I tell him I need to get up and he wraps his arms closer around me, making me blush slightly. I kiss his forehead and lightly push him off of me, sliding my legs out of bed. He leaps onto my back, wrestling me back down onto the bed, laughing and flushing red. After a while, I win and stand up and stretch my arms up above my head causing my shirt to ride up a bit. I yell in victory with George slapping at my arm and watching me sleepily, willing me to stop shouting. I eventually give in, wandering into the bathroom and listening to George's funny humming again as he gets dressed. We are just hanging out with some friends today at a cafe or something so I'm not planning to wear anything too fancy myself. I brush my teeth with the vibrating noise drowning out George's singing. I brush my teeth quicker.

I walk back into Georges bedroom that we had slept in and open his closet. He turns his head and sees my looking through his clothes and I start giggling as he looks at me confused but smiling. I try to annoy him by picking up a hoodie and examining it when he picks me up from behind. Giggling and protesting, I let myself be taken to my own room.

"My clothes are nicer than yours anyways, so I dont really care!" I say, looking up into his eyes. He rolls them and kisses me on the nose. He places me down carefully and leaves the room, putting his hand up and waving at me as he walks, making me heart explode. Its little gestures like that which make me so happy and I have no idea why. I pull on some ripped black jeans with a chain belt. I take off my night-shirt and a pastel pink t-shirt with a white design on it. George just happens to walk back in as I'm slipping on some white shoes and compliments my outfit. I grin widely in a cute way ik I made it sound creepy but yuh at him and he fluffs my hair.

"Hey Al," he says slowly "do you... know what you want us to be yet? It's totally fine if you dont, we can go as slow as you need."

For once, I dont panic at this question and instead smile.

"Well, we havent even been on a proper date yet, have we? At least take me out to dinner first!" I say jokingly. I'm teasing him on purpose, not giving him an actual answer just yet.

"Pffttt, I dont have time to go on a date today." he said with a frown.

"What if we just kept flirting all day when we go out with our mates, that would he like a date. I'm sure they would love us for that!"

We walk outside hand in hand and start moving to the mysterious location that someone in our group had arranged for us to visit.

I see us coming up to the club. The club where we first kissed. Not very romantic now I think back. I dont mind though since I was with him. Why are we going to a club first thing in the morning? I squeeze George's hand.

"Hey, can we even get into a club at this time?" I ask him checking my phone for the time. 9:06am. Bit early, right? Is it just me? Is this a normal thing?

He wheezes slightly before covering his mouth and coughing to cover it up.

"No, idiot, we aren't going to a club right now. It's not even bloody open right now! We're going to the coffee shop next to it." he smiles at me.

I turn my head and spot a bright green sign with the words First Sip! in large letters. The shop-front is so brightly decorated I can't believe I didnt even notice it was there until now. We walk in to see Wilbur and James sat across from eachother awkwardly at a green diner-style booth. There are blow up palm trees and flamingos as well as fairy lights and tapestries. It feels like when siblings share a bedroom and fight over the decorations. Half cringe-summery, half... "aesthetic" teenage girl? Its chaotic and mismatched but it feels cozy and fun. Unique. I sit down next to Wilbur and George takes a seat next to me too. We wait for Will, who's late as always.
