Y/n's Eomma?

I knew that nightmare had to mean something. I couldn't have a dream that my Y/n would be taken away for no reason. This was sign, a sign that one day someone will take Y/n away from me. But I had no idea who it was. This dream, it's giving more anxiety hour. Later that day, I decided to bring Yeontan to the dance practice. Not only because Y/n was really missing him, I just needed my dog to emotional support me while we're on the tour. It was also the first time Y/n was seeing Yeontan in four months. And the thing is that she doesn't know we're going to pick Yeontan up. I told her we needed to pick something up at my parents' house, so I can't wait to see her reaction when she sees Yeontan again.

As me and Y/n were driving to my parents' house, I stopped at a red light after exiting a freeway. I then noticed some movement happening in the other car on my left. When I took a glance towards the car, there was a woman trying to get my attention. I thought it was a fan so I just waved awkwardly. She shook her head and she was about to write something down on a paper before the light turned green. As I started driving, I noticed the car following me. Not weird, but they been turning wherever I turn and whenever I change freeways, he's following. "Okay, this is weird. I'm being followed." I thought to myself. Y/n was asleep at this point, a good thing. I didn't want her to see this and get her worried. I started driving in a different direction, hoping I would lose the car. But it just kept following me. I began to worry. I stopped in a parking lot and the car did the same. The next thing I knew was the person driving the car started running to my window. It was a woman near my age and was wearing a hoodie. I noticed she had bruises covering her arm. I knew she was trying to warn me about something so I rolled down my window.

"Um, can I help you?" I asked "You need to call the police. My ex husband is trying to kill you and your daughter." The woman said. I looked at her with a confused look. "What? Your husband it trying to kill me and my daughter?" I repeated. She nodded and handed me a picture of me and Y/n. I took the picture out of her hands and looked at it closely. "Wha- how did he get this?" I asked in shock. "Your Kim Taehyung right? He's been tracking you down ever since you found our daughter." The woman said, leaving me in total shock and confusion. "Our kid? Your saying that my daughter is you and your ex husband's child?" I asked. She shook her head again. "No, I mean me and your child." She said. "What? How could I have a child with you? I don't think I saw you in my life." I said. She gave me a weird look. "Taehyung, it's me. Jae." The woman said.

I looked at her her, eyes widened. "Jae? You mean my childhood best friend, Jae?" I asked "Yes, that Jae." She said. I couldn't believe it. Seeing my childhood friend in the most unexpected way I could think of. And having a child with her, this sounded weird just thinking about it for me. But yet it did make sense. I had a huge crush on her and dated her for two years before breaking up with her after debut. And it made sense, after I heard she got married to some man named Do-Yun. But I never knew that I would have a child with her. "But Jae, why did you leave Y/n? All by herself if you knew I was her father?" I asked, now getting out of the car. Jae looked down and began explaining.

"Because, I didn't want Do-Yun to kill her." Jae admitted "When I got pregnant and Do-Yun found out it was your child, he told me once our little one was born he'll kill her after we leave the hospital. We just had our divorce a week before that so he made a vow that he'll make my life a nightmare. So after my water broke and I gave birth in the hospital, I brought her to your dorm area so you could find her." I could see tears running down Jae's cheeks and sniffles. "Jae... You could've told me that we had a child. I would've taken her in to keep her safe." I said "I know, I know. That's one of my worst regrets in my life. I knew you would find her if I left the alleyway after I saw you walking passed by. But I didn't think of what will happen if she ends up in the wrong hands. I should've left a note on her basket." Jae said. I looked back at Y/n, she was moving around in her sleep. "Luckily I did. I couldn't bare the thought of Y/n being in danger." I said, looking back at Jae. "Oh is that what you called her? That name sounds cute." Jae smiled.

I chuckled a little before I saw Y/n's eyes lifting slowly. She looked outside the window towards me and saw Jae. "Appa?" Y/n mumbled. I looked inside of the car and smiled at Y/n. "Morning Baby bear. Did you have a good nap?" I cooed. She smiled and hugged me. She saw Jae and she started quivering. "Oh Y/n, this is Jae. And guess what, this is your real Eomma." I said. She still looked scared and hugged me tighter. "No... I want to stay with you and Oppas." Y/n said. "Oh Winter bear, I'm not going to make you go away. You can stay with me and Oppas all you want." I said. Jae took Y/n's small hand. "Don't worry Y/n, I'm not going to take you awake from Appa. I just want to keep you safe as well." Jae said with a caring smile. Y/n looked at Jae and smiled a little bit. "Eomma not going to take me away from Appa?" Y/n asked. "No, she's your Eomma. She won't take you away if it hurts you." I said. She smiled and hugged Jae tightly. "Appa, is Eomma going to live with us?" Y/n asked. I looked over to Jae. "I been living in my car. I won't mind living in a house of seven men." Jae said with a smile. I smiled back at Y/n.

"Yes, Eomma will be living with us."
