chapter 15//studio

i decided to remove the last chapter because i didn't like it, so if you read the chapter called "hospital bed" just act like you didn't because i've decided that didn't actually happen, sorryyyy

brynns pov:
"surprise!" i walk into my room where nessa is asleep with two plates of breakfast for us.

"awww brynn," nessa sits up and smiles. "you didn't have to do that."

"i knowww but i wanted to. now eat," i smile.

"okay okay," she laughs.

"whats the plan today?" i ask her.

she shrugs and takes a sip of orange juice. "oh wait, studio."

i nod. "bet, what time do you want to go?"

"i think i'm supposed to be there at 11, so we'll leave at like 10," she says.

"okay cool, that sounds like a plan," i agree.

"dang chef brynn, these eggs are bomb," nessa says and i laugh.

"what can i say, i'm a master," i shrug.

"what's up mi amigos," josh walks through the door.

"good morning messy hair," i say and he glares at me, making nessa laugh.

"i'm having a bad hair day, leave me alone," he says dramatically and takes a beanie off of my dresser and puts it on.

"it looks better on me," i say.

"she's right," nessa agrees and i high five her.

"pardon, i came in here to be all nice and to say good morning, but instead i get attacked," josh complains.

"you know it's out of love," i smile and pull him into a hug. "i loveee you joshy poo."

"awww joshy poo," nessa laughs.

"i guess i love you too brynnie poo," josh says and nessa and i both laugh. "anyways i have nothing planned for today and i'm gonna be bored, what are you guys up to?" he asks, taking a bite of my toast.

"studio," we say at the same time.

"can i come?" josh asks with a big pleading smile.

i turn to nessa. "nessa, do we let him?" i ask.

"hmmm. i'm in a good mood because i was brought breakfast in bed so i'm gonna say yes," nessa says.

"yesss thank you brynn for bringing her breakfast," josh cheers.

"oh of course," i laugh.

"oh and i have news," josh says excitedly.

"and what is that?" i ask.

"i'm talking to someone!" he says happily.

nessa has a look of unbelief on her face.

"wait really?" i ask, my jaw dropped,

"yes and she's amazing. i found her on my for you page and i slid into her dms about 6 days ago and then we started talking on snap and we facetimed today and yesterday. i know i've literally known her for half a week but bro," he pauses to examine our facial expressions, "i'm already falling."

"awww josh i'm so happy for you!" i smile and hug him again.

"yeah, i'm happy for you," nessa says out of a smile that i can tell is forced, and i know josh can tell too.

"thank you," josh says genuinely. "she lives far, otherwise i'd have her over."

"what's her number?" i ask.

josh hands me his phone and i unlock it with my face ID and go into his contacts. "wait what's her name, what am i looking for?"

"camila."

"awww that's a pretty name," i say and scroll through his hundreds of numbers to find "camila :)" and i put the number into my phone.

"okay thank you sir, we'll we're gonna eat more and get ready but we'll let you know when we're leaving," i say.

"i guess i'm being kicked out?"

"yep," i smile and he laughs and leaves the room.

"so a new girl?" nessa asks.

"yeah what's wrong with that?" i ask, kind of offended that she cared.

"it's not that i still have any feelings for josh, it's just weird, like i knew he would find someone new eventually it's just odd to see, i'm not jealous or anything though," nessa shrugs.

"i guess i get that," i nod.

"yeah," she says. "anyways, remember how we said that we were getting you a pig? what happened to that?"

"oh yeah!" i remember. "i still wanna do that."

"oh we will," nessa nods, and then looks at me for a few seconds. "you're hot."

i laugh. "that was random. but no that's all you."

"i just have these random realizations where it's like woah, i somehow managed to pull the most beautiful and amazing girl ever," nessa smiles.

"awwww baby," i smile and lean in to kiss her.

"brynn i swear you're the best ever and i'm so lucky to call you mine," nessa puts her hands on the back of my head and pulls me in for a deep, loving, kiss. "and i know that sounds cheesy as fuck but i don't care."

"hey, you make cheesy adorable," i laugh.

"i haven't been here in so long, dang it's cool here," josh says as we walk into the studio.

"i know right," nessa agrees. "nobody else is coming today so it's just us."

she sits down on her chair and josh and i sit down on the couch next to it. i lay my head on his lap so i can stretch out my legs across the couch. "so whatcha working on now?" he asks.

"a song," nessa says, pulling out her notebook.

"wow ness, that's descriptive," i joke.

"it's a love song if you must know," she says and a smile forms on my face.

"about me?" i beam.

"nooo about the floor," nessa jokes.

"that would be cooler," josh says and i playfully hit him.

"what's is called?" i ask.

"it's called starstuck," she says.

"awww that's adorable," i smile.

"bleh, third wheeling," josh fake gags causing us to laugh.

"oh shut up and go text your girlfriend," i tease and pull his phone out of his pocket.

"ma'am that's my phone," josh says and i put my finger up to his lips as i go to instagram.

"i'm gonna post a story, hope you don't mind," i say. "bro you have no good filters."

"i just have bryant's filters," he says.

"yeah but those are eh. you should have better ones," i complain. "i guess this one will have to do."

i take a quick selfie of my head on a lap you can clearly tell is josh's, so i tag myself and post it. "boom, hope you don't mind."

he shrugs. "i know even if i did mind it wouldn't matter so i don't."

"glad you know love," i smile. "glad you know."
