Skate Like a Pro

Mia's P.O.V

I woke up around 6am, I went for a run to stretch my body since I haven't skateboarded in years. I made it back to the house from the gas station then went into the kitchen putting the drinks in the fridge I popped open a can of redbull taking a big drink then stepped out back trying out some yoga.

Jeffrey's P.O.V

I rolled over reaching for Mia when my eyes opened seeing she wasn't there, I sat up looking at the time seeing it was after 7am. I stood up getting dressed then walked out of the room stepping in the kitchen, I glanced over seeing Mia outside standing in a yoga pose. My eyebrow rose and I watched her, I smiled and opened the door, she looked up at me, I looked down meeting her gaze,

Me:"What are you doing?"
Mia:"Stretching."
Me:"Uh huh."

She laughed and stood up,

Mia:"I haven't rode a skateboard in years so I don't wanna pull anything."
Me:"Smart thinking babe."
Mia:"Would you like a redbull?"
Me:"How?"

She pulled me inside and opened the fridge handing me a redbull,

Mia:"I woke up at 6 so I went for a run."
Me:"Without me?"
Mia:"I'm sorry."

We both laughed and I smiled,

Me:"You'll have a fun day."
Mia:"You too I'll teach you."
Me:"Oh alright."

We walked back outside to smoke, as we sat there Mia started putting her board together, I smiled as I watched.

Mia's P.O.V

Once my board was ready I looked up,

Jeffrey:"Wanna shower?"

I nodded and we stood up going inside, once we showered I got dressed in ripped skinny jeans, my sleeveless Iron Maiden shirt, I put on my grey and lime green DC snapback then slid on my black and white DC shoes with leopard print around the top of the shoes. I put on a little bit of eyeliner then walked out of the bathroom,

Jeffrey:"I think I like the skater you."
Me:"Yea?"

He wrapped his arms around me as he smiled,

Jeffrey:"Oh yea, with any look you still look beautiful in my eyes."
Me:"Awe your so sweet."
Jeffrey:"Well it's true."

I smiled and kissed him,

Jeffrey:"Let's go wake up Gussy, should eat before we head out."

He grabbed my hand walking us out of the room, Gussy walked down the hall,

Gussy:"Your up early mom."

I chuckled and nodded,

Me:"I was up before you and your dad."
Gussy:"What!? So when are we leaving??"
Jeffrey:"Breakfast first bud."
Gussy:"Awe okay."

We laughed and walked into the kitchen, Gussy and I sat down while Jeffrey asked what we wanted for breakfast, I decided on a bowl of cereal while Gussy wanted pancakes. I stood up making the bowl of cereal while Jeffrey started cooking, as I sat back down I took a bite and the door opened then closed. I looked up to see Chris walking in carrying his skateboard,

Jeffrey:"Morning man."
Chris:"Morning, I'm surprised to see your up Mia."
Jeffrey:"She's been up since 6 this morning."
Chris:"What?"

He sat down and I nodded as I swallowed,

Me:"Hey it's been forever since I last skated, can't embarrass myself so I had to go for a run."
Chris:"By yourself?"
Jeffrey:"That's right, didn't wake me up."
Me:"I'm sorry I didn't want to bother you."
