Mia's In For A Surprise

I sat in the living room with Corey, our kids and his band mates. I already gave them a tour around the house, they kids stood up heading towards Gussy's room. Corey looked over at the framed picture of Mia and I when I first took her for a ride on my Harley, next to it was a framed picture of us from our wedding which made him smile then look at me,

Corey:"She on her way back?"
Me:"Yea she texted me about half hour ago saying she was on her way back, should be here any minute."
Corey:"Awesome, where she go?"
Me:"Oh she had interviews this morning. She's been gone since about 7:30 this morning."
Corey:"Good lord."

I chuckled,

Me:"Yea, I believe she had like four of them total."
Corey:"I'm sure she will be happy to be home."
Me:"Oh yea especially after four in a row."
Corey:"Their killing her."

I laughed and nodded,

Me:"That they are but it's part of our life."
Corey:"That it is, does she even know we're here?"

I grinned and shook my head no,

Corey:"You didn't tell her? Oh man she's in for a surprise."
Me:"Definitely is, hey at least your son is having fun."

Corey laughed and shook his head,

Corey:"Oh yea, once he found out Gussy plays video games it was over."
Me:"You should have seen his face when I broke the news to him how Mia is a gamer."
Corey:"Oh man I can only imagine, I'm sure he had her play as soon as he got the chance?"
Me:"He sure did, totally enjoyed himself."

I heard the front door open and I smiled, I looked up seeing Norm,

Me:"Dude your not my wife."
Norm:"Hell no I am not."

I rolled my eyes and he plopped down next to me,

Norm:"Where the hell is she anyway?"
Me:"On her way home from interviews."
Norm:"Oh, well then."
Me:"Yea oh hey man this is Corey's band mates, Mick, Chris, Sid, Craig, Shawn, Jim, Joey, Christian, Josh, Roy and Johny."
Norm:"Good lord, you have a lot of members."
Corey:"Two different bands man."
Norm:"Oh yea that's right don't mind me."
Me:"Yea he's a bit special."
Corey:"Assuming your a stoner?"
Norm:"That I am."
Corey:"Now I see why Mia hangs out with you."

I laughed and rubbed my face,

Me:"That's exactly right."
Norm:"Hey fuck you, she liked me before finding out I smoked thank you very much."
Corey:"Sure she did."-he teased-
Norm:"I see why she hung out with you smartass."

Corey laughed and nodded,

Corey:"Exactly the reason why we got along."
Jim:"Yea keep telling yourself that, she felt bad for your ugly ass."
Corey:"Screw you man I'm sexy as fuck."

I snickered and shook my head, the front door opened again so I stood up leaning over to see Mia, I raised my eyebrow seeing she had five taco bell bags,

Me:"What the fuck babe?"

She laughed as she closed the door then strolled down the hallway, when she looked up she jumped back,

Mia:"Holy fuck, it's the damn retard convention!"
Jim:"Good seeing you too."
Corey:"What the fuck is wrong with your eyes?"

Mia laughed and sat the bags down on the table then leaped over the table plopping down between me and Norm with a smile,

Me:"Did you have fun?"
Mia:"Oh man did I ever! And to answer your question Corey, my eyes are fucking bloodshot, never ever smoke with Snoop Dogg."
Corey:"You didn't!"
Mia:"He was my last interview, like goddamn that man smokes, also reason why I have so many taco bell bags, babe our driver almost wrecked."
Me:"What!"
Mia:"It was my fault, I was in the back having a huge fucking conversation with myself, don't ask why I'm not sure why I was even talking to myself but his ass was laughing pretty hard. Made his day."
