Kakashi took the unconscious bodies to the hospital where they operated on and had to do surgery on the girl to get whatever that substance was out of her system.

Hours later...

The doctor came out of the surgery room and Kakashi stood up" are they okay, what happened" Kakashi said in a panic" well Iruka is okay just a bit of scratches and knife wounds but the girl, not so much she lost a lot of blood and will need a transplant. We also found multiple blood clots in her system, and she may experience trauma from what happened. We also felt massive amounts of chakra coming from her, maybe that's what this cult wanted, maybe they needed her blood for some sort of ritual" the doctor said" that's what I expected, what type of blood does she need"

Kakashi asked" she needs blood type O" the doctor said"That's my type, I'll volunteer" The doctor frowned" we need 3 full bags, are you sure you'll be able to handle that"  Kakashi nodded" as long as this kid is okay then it's fine with me" the doctor nodded and took Kakashi to the back.

I don't know how this procedure goes so we're skipping

Kakashi was tired and dizzy, he just had 3 full bags of blood taken from him" thank you so much, you should go home and rest she should be fine in the morning thanks to you" the doctor smiled and took the bags of blood with her.

Kakashi walked the best he could home and knocked out until 1:00 pm. When Kakashi woke up and brushed his teeth he rushed to the hospital to see about Zero and Iruka" hello who are you here to see today" I'm here to see Zero and Iruka" Kakashi said" well the kid is in room 318 in the special care unit with all the other children upstairs, and Iruka is in 220 downstairs" Kakashi thanked her and went to 220

Kakashi took a breath before entering, then slid open the door. Iruka looked over at him and Kakashi's eyes watered" hey buddy, no need to cry" Kakashi slid the door back behind him and walked to Iruka and just hugged him" I'm sorry, I'm so sorry" Kakashi cried" it's okay, I'm here now" they hugged and talked for quite some time.

Until Kakashi told Iruka about Zero and everything that went on in that house" you should make sure she's okay, I will tell you what happened later" Kakashi wiped his eyes and got up and walked upstairs to the special care unit.

He walked over to Zero's room which was filled with toys and studded animals, she was away from all the other kids. Kakashi was confused by this" hey, why Is she all by herself" Kakashi asked" she is emitting so much chakra that the kids are getting from it so she has to have her own room away from the kids until we learn how to control that or she does"

The doctor whispered and Kakashi nodded and said he understood as he went towards Zero who was cuddling her bunny and shaking. Kakashi approached her slowly and tapped her shoulder, she turned around and had tears in her eyes" hey, it's just me" Zero hugged her bunny close to her as slow tears fell" why are you crying" Kakashi said softly kneeling down in front of her.

" I'm scared, where am I" Zero cried" you're at a hospital, you had to get treated for your wounds" Zero looked up at him" what's a hospital?" Zero asked" it's a place where people get treated to feel better" Kakashi explained it the best way he could to her, Zero hugged Kakashi" are they gone," Zero said" yeah, they can't hurt you anymore," Kakashi said while rubbing her back.

"C-can we play chess" Kakashi smiled

As long as she can get her mind off of what just happened

"Sure, I'm gonna try to get a chessboard," Kakashi said and left the girl with her bunny, when he came back he played chess with Zero.
