After Addison left Seattle to move to Los Angeles, She then later ends up running the private practice and met the love of her life, Jake. They both end up getting married after Addison proposed to him.
Addison Has always wanted children. After Aborting once (marks baby), that was the only time she ever could get pregnant. Despite the many IVF treatments she was still unsuccessful to conceive her own child and therefore she was blessed with an adopted child name Henry.
Both Jake Addison and Henry lived happily ever after at Addies beach house in Los Angeles while Addison is a world-class neonatal surgeon with board certifications in both Obstetrics and Gynaecology and Maternal and Fetal Medicine and her husband, Jake Reilly is a reproductive endocrinologist and infertility specialist. Like his wife, Jake also has a double-specialty, practicing general surgery. Both of them continues to work at now Seaside Health and Wellness and also occasionally goes to Seattle to visit the rest at Seattle Grace
Before meeting Jake, Addie was then in love with Sam Bennett, Her bestfriend Naomi's ex-husband they both subsequently broke up as Addie wanted to have a family while Sam didn't want to have another kid because he already had Maya with Naomi. Durinf Addison's weddinf, Sam and Naomi slept together which would end up Naomi getting pregnant with Sams baby, again. Sam and Naomi then got remarried.
