Chapter 13- The Next Few Years

The next few years were great for you. You did fantastic at SFIT for the rest of your years there. You still hung out with your friends all the time, and you had become very close with Hiro. You two always joked around with each other. Hiro got into nerd school, of course, with the minimal help of Tadashi and sometimes you. Hiro had gotten so big! He's eighteen now, and he's taller than you. You used to call him 'shortie' but now you find him calling you that.

You were still with Tadashi. You loved him and he loved you, so everything was alright. It seemed like you loved him more everyday.

The day finally came when all of you graduated from SFIT. After the ceremony at school, Aunt Cass hosted a party for all of you at the cafe. She made hot wings, and put out tons of pastries and other baked goods for dessert. You couldn't resist stuffing your face that night.

You had just turned twenty two. The accident felt like an eternity ago. Sometimes you wish it had never happened, but also you're fortunate, because you wouldn't have met Tadashi.

You sat next to Tadashi at the table in the cafe, surrounded by all your friends, Aunt Cass, and your parents. You all devoured Aunt Cass' famous hot wings, and you in particular enjoyed them immensely.

At the end of dinner, Aunt Cass served the dessert. Tadashi leaned over to you and told you in a whisper into your ear that he wanted to talk with you alone after dessert. What did he want to talk to you about? You had yet to know.
