The Bite of Two Alphas

A Girls' Night Out

I whimpered softly as we got back to Jake's house. Surprisingly enough, he didn't put me down. Instead he walked upstairs into his room. He put me down and closed the door, blocking it.

Pouting, I sat on his bed. His room was surprisingly nice. It was very cozy and relaxing. His bed was huge and soft. I couldn't help but admire it as I tried to pout.

Jake started chuckling and I caught him grinning at me. "You like it," he teased me, walking over to me. He sat next to me, a little closer than I would have originally minded. I blamed the mark on my neck because of that.

I got up and was going to leave, but Jake caught my hand. "Please sit back down." He said it in what I figured was his Alpha voice, so I reluctantly sat back down.

"I promise you that I won't do anything that you don't want me to do... I'll wait until both your wolf and you agree, okay?"

I shifted away from him, laying on my stomach. My feet were at his pillows but were in the air. I was resting my chin on my hands and I replied, "You mean until I want to sleep with you?" It wasn't a question, but more of a statement.

Jake sighed and laid down next to me on his back, facing me. "Yes, that is what I mean. But I think you'll come to terms with it sooner than later." He winked and stood up, adding, "And I'm having you go over to Sky's for a few nights. It will be... Better for you to be there." Jake sounded like doing that was painful, but I was all for it. I would be able to get away from his constant stares of longing.

As suddenly as he said that, he was gone.

I had thrown some of my cloths together and everything I needed for staying at somebody else's house in a duffle bag which Jake lent me. I heard the doorbell ring, and Jake tell me from our mental link which had suddenly strengthen, It's Sky. Go before I don't let you leave me.

I quickly ran downstairs and opened the door to Sky. "Hey!" I said, trying to be optimistic.

Sky laughed and grabbed me by the elbow. "I've heard you've been having problems. We are going to go figure this out on our own. As girls. I'll even invite Ella over. I'm sure you two will get along. She's Delta. And has her mate." she said, leading me to her car. It was a bright green Volkswagen Beetle. "Let's go!" Sky giggled with a flip of her hair.

When we got to Sky's house, a cute little cottage in the woods, she led me inside. "I called Ella before I picked you up, but I want to know everything you and Alpha Jacob have done so far. I know he claimed you, but that's it."

We sat down in her living room on the couch together. I had a feeling that she liked this much more than me. I barely knew her, but Sky was acting almost like we were sisters. She was really welcoming me into the pack, which was nice. Because normally everyone hated me and wanted me gone.

"We really haven't done anything yet." I said, shrugging. "I mean, he bit me and that's really it... We haven't.. You know... Slept with each other yet or anything..." I blushed scarlet as I said that.

"Damn girl. You're strong. And here's Ella!" Sky said as a unfamiliar girl opened the door.

Ella had dark strawberry blonde hair. She was tall, but shorter than me. Her porcelain skin was spotless, but her cheeks covered with freckles. "So you're Arya?!?" she said happily, joining us on the couch.

I nodded, blushing. Sky decided to fill her in, by saying, "Arya here is the Alpha's mate, if you didn't already scent that, and he claimed her. But, they haven't had sex yet!"

I wished that I could hide my face, but I couldn't. Ella placed her hand on my shoulder, turning me to face her. "Really? I'm not surprised." Then looking at Sky, she added, "After having a mate, it's easier to tell on others when and if they've had sex."

I really wanted to scream. All they wanted to talk about was "getting it on," which was something I have always been uncomfortable with.

"Look, she's blushing!" Sky pointed out, giggling. I rolled my eyes at Sky, trying not to react too much.

"How are you fighting the urge? When were you claimed? I know it was hours ago, but when?" Ella inquired.

Instead of me answering, Sky answered for me. "Well, I found her about thirty minutes after she was claimed, so around one? And it's almost seven now."

"So it's been almost six hours? How have you been fighting everything? This is so weird!" Ella said.

I felt really weird and had no words for them. "Well, I dunno... I haven't had much experience with sexual intercourse... Any, really... And I don't feel too strong of an urge to do anything with him at the moment..."

"Do you know how cute that is Arya? You're twenty one, right?" Sky said. After I nodded, she continued, "And you're still a virgin! Aw! Does Jake know? I lost my virginity at seventeen..." Sky sighed, remembering it.

I shifted uncomfortably and replied, "I kind of hinted to it, but... No, I didn't say it straight up..."

"Ella, weren't you a virgin before you met Peter?" Sky said.

Ella nodded, and explained, "Yeah... I wanted to wait until I found my mate..." She shrugged, adding, "I was eighteen when we met. Everything happened so quickly between us..." Ella smiled.

I gulped and said, "Well, I wasn't born a werewolf... Could that do anything?"

Ella quickly replied, "Really? But I can tell you're really strong! I guess it could effect you. I mean, it would make sense if you couldn't tell that the Alpha was your mate... But after he claimed you? I don't know..."

"It's really weird." Sky finished for her, as she walked into her kitchen.

Ella picked up the pillow by her and hugged it. "The day I met Peter was fantastic. He was the lead fighter from another pack, and we met each other when we both happened to be at the beach." She was smiling happily, remembering the day. "We both knew immediately, so we went back to his hotel room. He claimed me and then we had the best night ever... God, I really want to be with him right now..."

Sky came back carefully holding three glasses of wine. "I figured you might want some Arya. You've had a crazy day."

Ella sipped her glass, and said, "I'm going back to Peter soon... He's going to pick me up and we'll run home."

Sky laughed happily.

Eventually Ella left and I met Peter. He was really nice, but he told me that Jake really wanted to see me. Then Sky told me that he wanted me to stay with her for a week so he could calm down some. Complete his Alpha duties and stuff.
