Baby, I'm here.
I heard his voice echo in my head.
I wanted him and I wanted him now.
---------------------
I was going to run to the stall door and shout, but then James would think that I, as he had said before, "You'll want me eventually."
I shivered at the thought.
I sat back down in the hay. I laid there all night.
And all morning.
And all afternoon.
James left me alone. And without food. I was going to starve, but he wouldn't feed me until I "wanted him."
I swear I heard you, Jake!?! Where are you???
I couldn't feel him. I wasn't with him.
So, I started to cry.
---------------------
Jake's Point of View
She cried for so long. My father ended up taking charge. Ella and my mother came and took me home. I was a mess. And so was she. I needed her. She needed me too, I think.
I was going to rip someone's head off when Dad made me go home. But I remained calm and did not panic.
He told me the plan. They would wait a few days and attack then. I almost went over there then when he said, "a few days," but that wouldn't help Arya at all. So I stayed calm. Or calm enough.
---------------------
Arya's Point of View
It had been over 72 hours. Over 4,320 minutes. Which would mean over 259,200 seconds, I think.
It's not an understatement to say that I was counting the hours to be with Jake again. I couldn't stand being away from him. I needed to be with him again. And I didn't know how or when I would get him. If ever.

It was dark when I woke up to the sound of footsteps in the stall. Multiple footsteps. Actually, two.
It was Sky and James.
James opened my door and I could have sworn that he was going to put Sky in with me. Instead, they laughed.
"I'm so glad you caged her for me! Oh James!" Sky said.
My face fell. I stood up and was going to attack her, but I fell. I was exhausted and starving.
Suddenly, there were about seven men standing behind James and Sky. And then they took them down. As they were fighting and turning, a man came over to me.
He smiled, and I felt like I should know him. He seemed so familiar. Scooping me up easily, he whispered to me, "I'm Jacob's father. You can call me Dad if you want. If not, Ben is fine. My name's Benedict. I've heard a lot about you Arya. I'm glad I am finally meeting you, but not under these circumstances."
I couldn't say anything, so I merely nodded. I closed my eyes and felt him carry me to a car. He buckled me in and then turned on the car.
Then next thing that I knew is I was being carried inside by Jake.
My eyes fluttered open and I looked up at his beautiful face. I tried to say something, but he laughed since all that came out were weird noises.
I grunted at him and he walked up stairs, then laid me on his bed.

I'm not sure how long I was asleep for when I woke up.
I smelt food, so I carefully got out of bed. I could barely walk, but I somehow made it downstairs into the kitchen. There was an unfamiliar lady making chicken Parmesan. I felt like I should know her... But I didn't.
When she put a plate of food in front of me with no questions asked, I ate it like a starving wolf. Which, technically, I was.
I had four servings total. I normal might have two. I felt like I could have eaten more, but the lady cut me off.
"I'm Jacob's mother," she told me. I looked up at her, and could see the similarities. I nodded weakly.
"My name is Irene..." she added, smiling. "I'm glad your back now Arya. And awake. You've been out for a while. Five days, in fact."
I must have looked nervous or afraid, and she added, "You had an IV, and the doctor said you should wake up today. Jake's probably coming home now to see you. We made him stay away from you after a day, because he was refusing to do anything." Irene shook her head, smiling.
"So... I was asleep for five days, and gone for three... At total of eight days away from him... And it messed him up that much?" I said, feeling terrible.
Irene looked shocked. "You were gone for over a month... Do you not remember?"
I think my heart stopped beating. A month? A freaking month and I think that it was just three days? What the heck?
Suddenly, I felt a familiar presence. Turning around, I saw Jake come inside. I smiled at him, waiting for him to come to me. As soon as he realized that I was looking at him, he practically ran over to me.
He held me tight and I felt safe. I closed my eyes and breathed him in. I felt him kiss the top of my head. I could have stayed with him for an eternity. But he broke away, looking at me.
Jake gently touched my cheek, looking at me sadly. "I'm sorry baby... I'm so sorry..." he whispered to me.
He kissed my forehead, and then added into my conversation with his mother. "She was drugged, remember Mom? That's why she couldn't have shifted or fought either of them... Or remember time correctly."
My eyes slowly looked away from them, and I looked at the ground, zoning out. They just wanted to talk about what happened, but they didn't seem to want any details from me.
Suddenly, Ben came in from outside. I smiled weakly at him as he came over and hugged me. "You are looking much better now!" he told me.
I nodded, not knowing what to say.
Suddenly, everyone got serious. They were all looking at me and I had no idea why.
"Arya, come on. This is important." I heard Jake say.
"Wha-what did you say?" I said softly, blushing scarlet.
He sighed, and Ben said, "We need to know what happened to you. Everything. Especially with Sky."
I frowned, not wanting to give them an anecdote of what had apparently been a month away. I sighed, and said, "Well, he took me because he... 'Wanted' me... He wanted to... Have sex with me... Or take my virginity..." I flushed scarlet as I continued on, "And he was waiting for me to crack. He said that if I did... sleep with him... that I would be fed and maybe even let go. And then I also remember Sky coming, and I thought she was going to be locked up with me, but instead she just laughed at me... And was happy that I was locked up... I think they wanted to take over the pack... And would start with me, even though I'm nothing... A nobody."
I started sobbing violently, and Jake held me close. He growled angrily, which frightened me and made me cry more.
He kissed me and looked at his father. "Dad, I want you to lock Sky up. Take twelve men with you and do not let her get away. And Mom, thank you for taking care of her until she woke up."
After a minute, both of Jake's parents left and we were alone. Alone but safe.
