I woke up in the dark with my hands cuffed behind my back. Just by the touch I knew it was silver. My eyes were blindfolded and I couldn't see a thing. Thankfully, I could rely on my hearing and my nose.
I felt a hand dragging me, and I immediately recognized the touch. It was my father.
I was about to start screaming and shouting when I heard him say gruffly, "Nope. You're not going to yell because nobody will hear you. Too bad darling."
"I thought you weren't one for human trafficking." I muttered angrily.
I heard him laugh and retort, "You aren't human anymore." Then he shoved something into my mouth so I couldn't speak even if I wanted too.
I suddenly heard a deep masculine voice, of which I had never heard before.
"Thank you for bringing her to me. You were right about her, they haven't competed the bond. Though he has claimed her..." The man drifted off, thinking. I growled and wanted to shift, but with silver around my wrists I never would be able to.
I felt a new set of hands on my body, raking my hips and feeling my curves. I shivered and pulled away, just to be pulled towards this mysterious guy again. I growled angrily at him, not liking his touch at all.
"My pretty girl, stay calm. You were made for me, after all. Not some silly Alpha or that childish James. I'm much older than you can ever imagine and you're all mine. Just as I'm all yours." He said, sounding serious.
I shook my head and growled more. Almost being a Luna, even though I wasn't one yet, I was still pretty strong. Breaking through to him by my mind link, I said I don't know who you are or why you think I was made for you, but I'm not. Cupid made me for Jake, and Jake for me. Not you, you mutt.
I felt him get angry, but he remained calm. I snorted angrily, wanting to be released. Now let me go before Jake comes and kills you. If I don't kill you first. I added.
He laughed and rubbed his thumb across my cheek. "Darling, you could never kill me."
I heard him step back, which is when I aimed a kick at him. I knew I got him when I heard a whine of pain and got slapped across the face, then pushed to the ground. Someone started kicking me but I refused to cry out in pain. Tears welled in my eyes and wetted the cloth over my eyes.
I felt a pinch in my arm and everything went black. Again.

When I woke up, my back was sore. I looked at what I had been sleeping on, which was concrete flooring. I stood up and staggered; my hands were still handcuffed. Looking around, I discovered myself to be in a cage in a basement. Gently touching the bars that entrapped me I knew immediately that they were silver from the stinging on my fingers. I sighed and awkwardly sat down.
Eventually my stomach started growling and would not shut up. I wanted to stay quiet and left alone so that I could see if I could reach Jake telepathically. So far, he was too far away from me. From all I know, he might not even know that I'm missing.
I was still enclosed in my mind when I heard footsteps coming down the stairs to the basement. I backed away towards the wall and saw a man opening my door. He put food down inside for me, glaring at me as if challenging me to try and escape.
I didn't.
Instead, I pulled the food towards myself and ate slowly, savoring the food. For all I know, it could be my last meal for a long time. Looking up, the guy was still standing there and grinning. Taking a deep breath, I recognized him as the jerk from the night before.
He was tall, about as tall as Jake. He had blonde hair which was ruffled as though he constantly ran his hands through it. Most frightening of all were his dark brown eyes. They were so dark that it would be hard to tell if his wolf was coming out or not. Or maybe his wolf was always out, just not in its physical form.
I wasn't planning on finding out.
When I finished eating, I pushed the plate towards the door, growling when this monster moved near me. I cornered myself in the cage as he took out the empty plate of food and locked himself in with me. And then threw the key.
Fuck.
I wasn't one for cursing, but this time it seemed like a completely reasonable and logical response when locked in a cage with your hands behind your back with a monster.
He purred, his chest vibrating. I frowned, never really hearing that noise before but from Jake. I snarled in reply, but he only laughed.
"My dearest Arya, I will never hurt you. Unless you continue on the path you are following. I don't have very much patience, and I'm known for it." He walked closer to me, and I cursed again that I cornered myself. "I haven't introduced myself, but you must have heard of me. They like to call me a ruthless monster. I must say that I like the compliments."
He smiled, and I was disgusted when I thought it was a nice one. Then I remembered Jake's smile and wanted to melt inside. I shook my head. I hadn't been worrying about other wolves unless they were in my pack. I was worrying about myself and Jake, which was pretty selfish. But they say when you find a mate that you're selfish for quite some time.
The monster sighed, and said, "Well my dear, I am Henry. The Henry."
Again, he said it like I knew what it meant. I stared at him blankly.
Henry rolled his eyes and growled. Seconds later I was pinned against the wall, very uncomfortable. I kicked him where the sun doesn't shine again and he dropped me. I ran to the other side of my cage, growling.
I knew that I couldn't shift since I would ruin my cloths or have to become naked, so I stayed human.
Henry, on the other hand, didn't seem to care. He easily shifted into a wolf. He was gray, nothing special. But he was huge. Around my size but still smaller than Jake. This fact gave me confidence because when Jake and I would practice, I could take him down in my human form. Sometimes.
His big wet nose reached my chest. I waited for him to come at me first, and my wish was granted.
Henry lashed out at me, claws first. I easily dogged him which made him unbalanced, so I immediately kicked him over. He fell over and I sat on him, my elbow on his neck. I managed to get my arms in front of me instead of behind my back and I whacked him in the head just as I was pushed off.
He growled angrily and I growled back. I was not going to get bested by him and I knew he felt the same.
Henry clawed at my face, and I barely moved my arm up in time to stop him from tearing my face open. Instead he got my arm. And you could see blood. I hissed in pain and kicked him in the side, but barely touched him.
Just when I swear he was about to kill me, someone was outside the cage and unlocked the door. The person turned into their wolf and attacked Henry.
Oh my goodness! So intense! Who do you think attacked Henry? Do you think Jake found her or is it someone else?

I love you all, darlings. And, as somewhat of a side note, be ready for some pretty intense scenes. My muse is flowing like Niagara Falls.
