so the story is inspired by the game called "Duskwood" and its basically about the MC (main character) being the key to the solution for finding the missing girl Hannah and in the journey MC falls in love with a hacker named Jake.
Can MC trust jake...
MC smiles as she checks the message Jake sent her and she's happy and a little relieved about the particular situation. She's hoping that the good things are in the future. She realized that she will be fine as long as Jake is with her.[but can she trust him?]
She goes on with her day. She went to bed but all she could think about is Jake. Just Jake. She then somehow realizes that she's in love with Jake. She's not afraid of falling in love. She's just afraid of falling in love with THIS particular person.
MC's brain is now filled with many questions "What if Jake is not who he says he is?" "What if the number wasn't supposed to be mine like,AT ALL?" "What if this is all mistake?" "What if Jake is behind all of this?" "What if Jake is caught by the government?"
Although our MC is a person who thinks about her choices twice ,thrice and moves further. She's decided that she wont think about any stupid negative possibilities. She's optimistic about this love part and everything as well. She knows that she's a strong brave person and she can face anyone and anything
To be honest,she thinks Jake is the right person for her and she believes that there's no reason to worry cause the right ones never leave.
