Kongpob is high in spirits as he rides the car with Namtan. There was a hopeful smile playing over his lips, which Namtan didn't fail to notice.

He is really happy to be back

She thought to herself. They are currently riding to the Rojanapat enterprise headquarters. She could sense that her cousin was getting bored so she insisted him on visiting her office and her friends which the younger accepted with great enthusiasm.

It's early, and the roads are clear with a little traffic. Kong couldn't help but think back to what happened last day in Nam's bedroom.

"Arthit??!! What are you doing....."

She couldn't get to complete her sentence when Arthit pushed her away and entered the room, his eyes finally landing on the thing he came searching for. A relief spreading over his face.

" Excuse me...if you have forgotten, this is my room, and what are you doing here?....wait...don't tell me you just came to get that thing..", Namtan huffed and came standing next to Arthit. She knew this is going to happen the moment Arthit is sober enough, but still she couldn't let it go and decided to get some response from her crush.

Arthit was forgone, instead of answering, he simply walked past her and was about to exit the room when she grabbed his arm.

" Arthit, wait....."

"Thank you, Nam..."

" What....it was only yesterday you told me to keep it. It's been only a few hours, and you are already taking it back?", Namtan crossed her arms over her chest, tapping her left foot.

Arthit gently smiled at her. "I am sorry Nam. I can't part ways with it even if I try, and you know that more than anyone."

Namtan could only roll her eyes.
"Oh..stop this nonsense, Arthit. You were just eight and he...just 5! You don't even know what's the meaning or difference between love and friendship at that age. You even don't know if this is going to be a failure, not to mention the chances to be one-sided.", she scoffed.  Arthit was about to say something when she cut him off.

" And don't start me with ' I trust my love....I believe in him..' kind of blunders. You say you love him. But love is....you have to meet...know each other...go on some dates...hold hands...it goes on Arthit. But you just...you just say you love him. Even if you meet him someday, what assurance do you have that he will reciprocate it immediately? What if you are just like a brother to him? You are confused between love and friendship, Arthit."

Arthit softly smiled at a clearly frustrated Namtan, who was throwing her hands up in the air while speaking.

"I don't want to think the other way Nam. I just love him. That I know. And yes, I won't just go and say, 'hey, I am Oon, and I love you.'. Actually when I meet him, I won't tell him who I am. I will do everything you mentioned, even more things, and make him fall in love with me. Then only I will reveal my identity. I want him to feel how special he is for me. I believe in the same destiny which made me an orphan but gave me a wonderful family. But now I need a little bit of efforts too. I'm sure my Sim...he'll be mine.", Arthit finished and turned to leave not before a quick glance at the walk-in closet in the room, a mischievous smirk adorning his lips.

Kongpob slid down the walk-in closet door, covering his face with his palms, shaking his head and silently squealing when he heard the declaration. He couldn't see Arthit's face, but his voice itself felt like warm honey, which brought swarms of butterflies in his tummy.

Kongpob could see his destination ahead, a huge twenty-five story office building, in glass and steel. The inside was also as he expected, ultra modern.
