I woke up with a nurse next to me
"Hi Maxine we successfully did a C-Section to remove both of the babies they're completely fine" he tells me
"Let me see them" I sit up
A doctor rolls two carts in and I break down into tears looking at them
My Son and My Daughter
"You also have a visitor" the nurse tells me
"Oh bring them in?" I hesitate
I see Elijah walk in
"Elijah I'm sorry" I break into tears
"I didn't know who it was and the ambulance didn't come in time I'm so sorry" I sob
"Sister, Max it's fine" he says holding my face
"He proposed" I say showing him the ring
"He told me he was going to do it" Elijah tells me
I sob into Elijahs chest hugging him tightly not wanting to let go
"What are their names" he asks
"Alijah May Taren" I look at my son
"And Alessandra Grey Taren" I say looking at my daughter
"Their so beautiful" Elijah tells me
I could see some tears fall from his eyes but I didn't say anything about it
"Dad and our siblings are coming soon don't worry" he assured
"Why did you leave" I broke silence
"I couldn't do it after mom died. She felt like the only thing holding me up. So I started a mafia hoping that would be the thing holding me up but I realized it couldn't compare to you Alex Oli and Josie so I started watching you guys to make sure no body messed with y'all. Thank god Aless fell for you" he explains
"I miss him so much and it hasn't even been 24 hours"
"That's normal Max" he presses his forehead against mine
"I'm gonna be a mom. By myself." I mumble
