10. First little space in a while (Pt. 2)

(Percy's POV)

I looked over at Neeks when the movie was over. He was taking a nappy. I giggles and covered him up. There was a knock on the door. Slowly I crawled off the bed and ran to the door. I tried to unlock the door, but I couldn't get it.

I ran back over to the bed and climbed over to Neeks. I gave him a good poke in the nose. I couldn't help but giggle when his nose twitched. I poked his nose again and Neeks scrunched it up. He let out a mumble, "that tickles."

I knew the only thing I could do, as a big boy, was to tickle him, I gave him my best tickles. Neeks busted out in giggles. He tried to push me away but I used my big boy muscles and kept tickling him. After a few minutes, he got me pinned to the bed. We both was a giggling mess.

"Was that fun buddy?" Neeks gave me a big wide smiles.

"Mmhm," I agreed. Who ever was at the door knocked again. "Oopsy, I forget to tell you."

He rubbed my head. "Its okay. Why don't you sit tight so I can answer the door Then we can play connect four. I'll do the dishes later."

"Eww," I stuck my tongue out. "That nasty!"

He gave me a confused look. "What is nasty?"

"Dishes. Day nasty! We gotta do them first!" I jumped up on my feet, not caring that I will be standing on the bed. "We do dem then we pay connectors!"

"Okay Percy, but I gotta get the door first." With a smile Neeks walked to the door.

Once he was at the door, I crawled off the bed and crawled into the kitchen. Slowly I stood up and looked at the cabinets. I wanted my binkie but I didn't know where to look.

After a few minutes, Neeks walked back in. He looked like he had a really bad headache. "I kiss it better?"

He looked at me. "Kiss what better buddy?"

"You head!" I walked over to him and kissed his head. 

He smiled. "Thank you bud. It is all better now."

I giggled. "Binkie pleas!"

"How about this, you go get your cuppy and then I will get a bag together and we can go to the park! We can fly on a horsey!" Nico gave me a smile.

I clapped. "Ya ya ya!"

"Okay go get your cuppy off of the bed so I can refill it." Nico turned and started putting the rest of the food away.

"Nugget!" I yelled at him.

"Do you want me to bring some of the food with us bud?" Nico looked over his shoulder at me.

I nodded. I turned and crawled back into the living room. I walked over to the bed and reached as far as I could over it and grabbed my cuppy. After grabbing it, I stood up and ran into the kitchen.

"Me got it!" I yelled, happily.

Nico grabbed a the cup. "Thank you, buddy.'

"binkie now peas?" I gave him my best puppy eyes. 

Nico laughed before getting into one of the big boy cabinets and getting my binkie out. He handed it to me. "There you go. Why don't you go sit on the bed while I finish getting our bag ready. It won't take long."

I nodded and out my binkie in my mouth. I sucked on it while I walked into the living room. I laid on Neeks bed and closed my eyes. I laid on my stomach. I made sure to bent my arms under my chest. I kept sucking on my binkie. I listened to Neeks put stuff together. I took my binkie out and yelled, "I wove you!"
