Urge 

"Okay ka lang?" My mom asked as I sat down in front of the window. It's a Sunday, it's been a month since I met Roden in person.

Hindi rin naman siya nagtagal sa Manila. Umuwi na rin siya kinabukasan sa probinsya. Kabang kaba ako sa nangyari sa kanya dahil sa lecheng manok. Nagkape kami pagkagaling namin sa pharmacy, doon niya na sinabing allergic siya sa manok at sa seafoods. At least ngayon ay alam ko na, muntik pa akong makasuhan ng homicide.

"Yes, my. Why do you ask?" She sighed and sat near me.

"Wala naman, andami mo lang pinagdaraanan lately. I think Im not that present in your life these past few months." Agad kong nginusuan ang nanay ko sa naisip niya.

"Of course not. Ang tanda ko na kaya. I'll be in college in a few. It's okay for you to build a life without me."

"That is something I can never do." Sabi niya at niyakap ako.

"Seriously ma, if you want to marry tito, Im all up for it. I'll be the most beautiful and hands-on maid of honor in the history of weddings." I said and she chuckled. 

"Im not entirely closing my doors for that one." She said and kissed my forehead before leaving.

It's one rainy Sunday indeed. Although a lot of people dislike the rain, I tend to love this kind of weather. Parang ang sarap magkape. Cuddle weather in layman's term but just a cold one for me, a single woman. 

From Elias Ponce:

"Coffee?" It's like he read my mind.

To Elias Ponce:

"You're in Manila already?" Ang alam ko kasi ay umuuwi siya sa kanila tuwing weekends.

From Elias Ponce:

"Malapit na. Galing ako sa bahay."

To Elias Ponce:

"Are you driving now? Gago ka ba? Pag ikaw naaksidente. I'll get ready now, text me when you're here. Stop texting now."

From Elias Ponce:

"Galit na galit. Sensya ka na ha, God bless. Traffic, that's how I replied to you. For your peace of mind, I'll just update you later."

Hindi ko na siya nireplyan at nagbihis na. I wore a gray sweatshirt and paired it with denim shorts. The sweatshirt was long that's why I tucked the front of my shirt inside my shorts. Hinayaan kong nakalugay ang buhok ko.

From Roden Ompanco:

"Busy?"

To Roden Ompanco:

"Not really. Why? You miss me?" Banat ko sa kanya.

From Roden Ompanco:

"Lol. It's you who feels that way." Ganti niya naman.

To Roden Ompanco:

"Sus, nahihiya ka pang umamin. Gandang ganda ka nga sa'kin nung nakita mo ako eh." Pang-aasar ko sa kanya, I think I have been pulling this statement on him since he went back to Iloilo. 

From Roden Ompanco:

"Really now?" Napangiti ako dahil sa naging reply niya. I like his crankiness.

To Roden Ompanco:

"Ayaw pa aminin. Anong kailangan mo, master?" Siya ang unang nagchat kaya malamang siya ang may kailangan sa'kin o baka talagang namimiss niya lang ako.
