Aurora's POV:
"Good morning Princess" from Teddy. I wake up to the perfect text. On the day of the get-together, I decided to call him Teddy. Since he has an obsession with cuddling.
"Good morning Teddy :) What's with Princess?" I text him back.
"You have a name of a princess, you look like a princess, you dress like a princess although you don't act much like a princess" He sends a laughing emoji.
How much better can my day get?
RING RING*
I answer the phone clearing my throat. He greets me with his morning voice OH LORD! I greet him back nervously.
"If you're not busy...do you want to go get ice cream? You don't really have to-"
"sure - uh of course. I mean why not- no, I mean Yes" I sigh. (She won't stutter the whole book I know y'all hate it. I do too lmao) He tells me he'll pick me up in 30 minutes. I go to the bathroom to do my business and take a shower without my hair. I dry myself and look for an outfit to wear. I put on a plain white top. I add a cute fluffy clouds jacket that's white and blue. I grab light-colored jeans to match my simple-ish outfit. The slight cuts on the knees and under are cute. I put on some accessories with a white shoe and bag.
"WHO IS THIS GUY?!" Both my brothers scream from downstairs. Oops, I forgot to tell them. I run down the stairs staring at Elijah standing at the door. My father, Elias, and Aidan are all cross-armed with their eyes squinted. I take a quick photo. I explain to my family where, and what we are doing.
"We don't care what you're doing or who you're going with- Wait no. Who are you? " Elias points at him.
"I'm Mr. and Mrs. Hernandez's oldest son." My brothers nod thinking he isn't that bad looking at each other. Dad's eyes widen.
"This is a date now both of you go," dad says excitedly. I give dad a confused look while he ushers me outside. Elijah opens the car door for me and I take a seat. He drives while both of us in silence listening to the radio.
"Aurora?" I look at Elijah waiting for him to talk.
"Are you comfortable cause you didn't talk once?"
"I am comfortable" I reply softly. He nods his head making his hair move a bit. We stop in front of the ice cream shop next to the park.
"Can I?" I point to his hair. He nods and I move some of his hair away from his eyes. His eyes sparkle so beautifully.
"Your eyes are so beautiful," We both say in unison. We both smile looking into each other intensely.
"We should go" I point awkwardly at the shop. He nods his head opening the car door for me. We ordered ice cream sitting at one of the booths.
" So...?"
"What do you like to do in your free time? Other than eat ice cream" He asks.
" I used to like hanging out with my brother"
"Why not anymore?"
"He is gone. I have nothing to do now. I guess I just daydream or something in my free time." (AND NO SHE IS ISN'T PICK ME!)
"I'm sorry about your brother. I'm sure he was amazing" He smiled at me.
"He was. He still is I'm sure he's pranking some ghost of a dead grandma by hiding her glasses somewhere" We both laugh at my very random comment.
"If it's okay to ask, How?"
"Car accident."
"I'm bored do you wanna take a walk in the park" I get up going behind him and tilting his face up. I hold both his hands from above him with a Cheshire cat smile. I get embarrassed for acting like a child in front of him. I let go of his hand waiting for him to start walking. He stands up offering me his hand seconds later, so I take it. He kisses my hand making me feel like exploding with sparkles!
And butterflies
and cats
and ice cream
and sprinkles
and glitter
He warms my heart with his tiny gestures and smiles.
We leave the ice cream shop crossing the road. "Swings!" I yell jumping on one of them. Elijah climbs the play area going to the slides. Once he reaches it he slides down getting stuck halfway. I burst out laughing at the sight. I grab my phone to snap a picture of him. He scowls at me with a bored expression.
"Can you help me please?" he says adorably. I go to him trying to get his hips un-stuck (if that's a word). After lifting one side of his wide hips the other comes out. Once he turns around you could see a weird scratch on his butt, but it wasn't too visible. I follow behind him walking on the lines on the floor childish I KNOW.
We talk for the rest of the day while watching the sunset.

Chase's POV:
The first thing I did today was cry. I hate how I act, look, dress, and talk. Why couldn't I be like River or Elijah? Kooka was the only person who made me feel better about myself also the reason why I get bullied. It's pathetic.
Aidan: Can I come over? Or do you want to come?
Aidan: Actually I changed my mind.
oh.
Aidan: come to my house in 10 :) I smile widely at his text. I change into a yellow hoodie and black sweatpants. I fix my fluffy hair and grab kooka. I then put her to the ground deciding not to take her. I look back at her but then fight the urge. I close my eyes and run to her I put her rainbow hat with a fan thing on top.
I get to our neighbor's house in 5 minutes. Before I get the chance to knock I'm welcomed into a bear hug. "Hello, Mrs. Brown" I smile friendly at her.
"Hello Chase and Kooka" She waves at me. She calls Aidan from the stairs. Aidan comes tumbling down the stairs with a huge grin.
"Hello, My friend. Do you maybe feel like looking at weird review pictures on Shein? for weird items of course" My eyes widen and all I see is explosions, cats, and... Barbie?
Oh well...
"OF COURSE!" I yell with extreme excitement.

Aurora POV:
I come home to the sound of choking or dying or drowning or whatever. I follow the sound that leads to Aidan's room. Chase is shaking Kooka abusively as he laughs. Aidan is slapping the ground while crying or laughing either way I don't care.
I continue walking to my room ignoring the sounds. I undress myself to put on my lavender PJs. I lay my head on my pillow replaying today with Elijah.
He made me feel some type of way; something I've never felt. Even if I never felt like this before it was strange but amazing at the same time. I really don't know how to describe it.
He seems almost perfect to me. The way he smiles melts my heart. I really wouldn't mind staring at his eyes all day. He might find them as an insecurity but I find them, extremely, beautifully unique. He is a true gentleman with amazing manners. He treats people with respect especially older people. He acts a lot like an angel but I know he is far from that.
