Elijah's POV:

After Elodie came back home both River and she were tired and went to sleep. She looked beautiful in her white suit today. Her hair reminded me of Mother's old photos. Chase was really happy today. He says he's happy because of 'twin telepathy' which I don't believe. I wasn't protective of Elodie towards River. River is such a gentleman and the whole family loves him. I can't even find a reason to be upset with him.

I made the huge mistake of giving Aurora a whole bar of chocolate after drinking coffee at 8 P.M.  She is extremely awake with her wide magical blue eyes. Mom asked her if she wanted to sleepover, and Aurora agreed. Elodie is the only girl and has the biggest bed which means they are sleeping together. I'm very jealous of Elodie right now.

"Do you want to watch a movie or something?" I asked.

"yeah sure. I'll get my pajama first" Her brother Elias came over an hour ago to get her pajamas because he said "If she isn't wearing pajamas you'll wake up to world war 3 or nothing. You'll be dead in both scenarios" then he just left.

Strange.

She came back with a fruit-patterned pajama. The shorts were too short but who am I to judge. The top was also patterned and had strappy sleeves. She sat next to me while chase just stared at her. I took the blanket from beside me and covered her with it.

"Why did you cover me" her glasses slip slightly off her nose.

"No reason" I fixed her glasses making her smile. I stood up and sat behind her. I then put her between my legs laying her head on my chest. I massaged her shoulders and she relaxed in my arms. Not until now, I realized what I just did. My stomach fluttered and my heart danced with joy.

"I'm gonna go," Chase said looking like he shit his pants. I nodded and told him goodnight and so did Aurora.

"I like that," she said closing her eyes backing up into me. Damn, she looks so sexy like this. Her lips in a small smile, her eyes closed, and her throat humming.

"I like doing it too" I moved my hand slower making her hum in satisfaction. I run my finger through this beautiful woman's hair. I massage her scalp while playing with her hair. Her hair is so soft. It was very long too.

"Do you wanna go out with me, princess?" I whispered softly kissing the side of her neck and sucking softly from above her. She sucked in a breath indicating she is nervous.

"I mean n-no you d-don't have to if you don't-" Where is my confidence? She makes me so nervous.

"I want to go out with you" She looked up at me. I wanted to kiss her like that so badly.

"Tomorrow, after breakfast get ready. Dress comfortably and NOT fancy"

"When do I dress mature?" She laughed.

Chase's POV:

Elijah and Aurora kept looking at each other the whole time. He would look at her every couple of minutes. She was extremely shy but stole a couple of glances at him. Every time her glasses would start to fall he'd fix them for her. The way she looked at him every time he did one of his tiny gestures was amazing. I could tell she was already gaining feelings for him.

Today I was exceptionally joyful. Elodie looked beautiful today from head to toe. River treated her like the queen she is. They're both cute and very matching together. I love seeing my twin sister happy. It was very rare to see her genuinely happy. I know that we are both secretly struggling, but I need to handle myself first to be able to help her. After all, I'll always love seeing my siblings happy. I just wish they really loved me.
