Elodie's POV:

"LUCA!" I yelled laying in a starfish position on my bed. I woke up an hour ago. I went to the bathroom and then realized I had nothing to do. So basically after I freshened up I laid down again. 

"What's wrong Roselle?" He came in looking so done with life. His curly hair everywhere and his eyes are half-closed. he has a scowl on his face. He's dressed in knee-length black shorts and is shirtless AGAIN. I really don't mind staring at his glorious abs in the morning, defined collar bones, and his back.

"I'm bored" I whine like a 5-year-old child (even if I am one).

"YOU JUST WOKE UP!" He yells mad pissed.

"Don't. Yell.  At. Me. Luca" I say in a calm mad tone.

"Yes, Roselle" 

"Good boy" I pat the empty spot on the bed next to me. He gets comfortable next to me still embarrassed or nervous. I like my effect on him. 

"It's ok. I'm not mad, you don't need to be nervous all the time around me" He nods still nervous. I huff getting closer to him putting his arms around my shoulder. I lay my head on his chest suddenly relaxing. His fingers tough my arms up and down soothingly. 

"Mission accomplished?" I ask cockily knowing he's been trying to put his arms around me since he got here. He hums put his head on top of mine. We lay like this in silence calmly with our eyes closed for a couple of minutes. 

SNAP* 

We both open our eyes quickly looking at the sight in front of me. Chase was taking a picture of us. Dad and mom were talking about how cute we are. Elijah winks at me with a smirk and I glare at him. He mouths 'Just being honest'. I cover myself with the blanket making myself a human burrito. This is so embarrassing.

"Come on! Don't be dumb like your mom" Mom smacks dad on the back of his head.

"I wasn't dumb. you were a coward precious" Mom rolls her eyes causing dad to slap her butt.

MY EYES!

I NEED BLEACH.

"Roselle" he whispers. I slowly come out of my burrito back to my human form. MAGIC.

After taking a shower, eating breakfast, and lunch the day is almost over. I have nothing to do today, so I'll just wait for whatever life plans. Weird, I know.

It's 6 O'clock right now.

"Guys I'm still bored" I emphasize with my hands.

"River. Why don't you, you know- Maybe take" Dad points at me while talking.

"On a date" mom continues with the same suspicious tone. I look wide-eyed at my parents. They did not-

"That sounds like a good idea. What do you think?" He looks at me.

"Ye-n-aybe" Is that a word?

"She said yes," Elijah says.

"DIBS ON DRESSING HER UP" Chase raises kooka yelling.

"I didn-" Elijah cuts me off by shushing me.

"How about Aurora helps to dress you up" 

"But Aurora will take long," I said. She comes out waving with a beautiful smile. At this point they all planned it. I lead Aurora to my closet. She drags her eyes slowly between my clothes. Her gaze stops at something I can't really see.
