surprise surprise!

<gang tae's pov>
"munyeong ah, remember to close the door whenever I go down to the convenience store. Okay?"
I kneeled down while holding munyeong's hand and caressed it with my thumb before getting ready to head down to the convenience store to buy food.
"Yah, why are you so worried? Just quickly come back after you are done." Munyeong who was sitting on the bed rolled her eyes before continuing,
"Your baby and I are hungry. Quick. Stop talking and go buy food now."
A smile crept onto my face before I giggled, my hands slowly yet surely moving to munyeong's belly as I talked to our unborn baby,
"Baby yah, appa is going to get food. Listen to mummy and don't give her a hard time okay?"
"Gangtae, the baby's only a few weeks old. What are you talking about?"
Munyeong replied, impatient since I was taking a long time to head out. But I can't blame her. It's the pregnancy hormones and besides, it's my job to take good care of her. Ignoring her remarks, I continued giggling before looking back at munyeong, sighed and told her,
"Remember to never open the door, munyeong ah. Do it for me."
I looked at her with puppy eyes, hoping it would convince her.
She looked at me for a few seconds and sighed as she replied with a pout,
"Fine... Just come back quick. I can't stand ants trying to swarm around you."
Smiling, I reached out to her head and gently patted her hair, while grinning and said,
"Good girl."
Her face lit up before her eyes grinned like crescent moons, and her mouth plastered a smile, happy that I complimented her. After that, I slid on my shoes, kissed munyeong's forehead, and our baby goodbye before heading out the door.

<two months later...>

<author's POV>
Munyeong and gangtae was getting ready for a special event that was going to take place today, at the castle. Cars would be lined up, balloons hung everywhere, decorations giving off vibrant colours all over the place. Today was the day. Their special day.
"Gang...gang tae! Munyeong!"
"Oppa!"
Munyeong was waiting for her guests to arrive at the entrance of the castle, when she saw her "oppa", sangtae and her manager, Lee sang in walking out of a car. Grinning from ear to ear, munyeong got up and dashed to sang tae, embracing him into a very tight hug. She clutched his arms, and rested her chin on his shoulder, showing that she missesed her oppa badly. She didn't want to let him go, but she was just glad she got to see him.
"Yah, am I being excluded?"
A voice rang in munyeong's ears, which had her attention shifted.
"Where's juri ssi?"
Munyeong ignored sang in's question and asked about her friend, Juri. Juri and sang in became official months ago.

"She's working today."
"Awww."
Munyeong replied with a pout.
"By the way, where's gangtae?"
Sang in looked from left to right, around the garden, trying to find any sight of gangtae.
"He's still changing."
Munyeong said, with her arms on her hip. Just as munyeong was about to invite her guests into the house,
"Sang tae, munyeong, sang in!"
A voice caught all of their attention.
Looking up, munyeong saw a figure coming out of a different car. Sang tae and sang in turned around, curious to who it was. Out stepped the car a man in a navy blue suit, hair gelled, with a tie pale blue in colour, and white polka dots imprinted on it. Before munyeong, sang in and sangtae could even see the person's face, suddenly, a breeze swiftly blew past them. Whirred by the breeze, munyeong became dizzy for a second, as she clutched her head. Just as her vision became clear again, she smiled at the sight of what's happening. Gangtae was hugging jae Soo. Getting a teeny weeny bit jealous of her boyfriend hugging jae soo tightly, Munyeong screamed at the top of her lungs,
"YAH, JAESOO!"
She then slowly sashayed her way to the iconic duo. Breaking the hug upon the loud shriek, gangtae turned around and saw sangtae, sang in and munyeong walking towards them.
"Hyung..."
He murmured under his breath.
Gangtae made a run towards sangtae and hugged him tighter than ever, gripping onto his hyung's arms as he rested the weight of his head on his shoulder. He missed him so so so much, his heart begging to be able to see him as soon as possible.
"Gang...gangtae. Let go. It hurts."
Sangtae talked, as he patted gangtae's back. Listening to his hyung, gangtae let go of the embrace as he looked at sangtae in the eyes.
"I miss you hyung."
"Gangtae, I- I miss you too."
Sangtae said as he looked at the ground, eyes darting from left to right, scratching the back of his head. Giggling, gangtae patted sangtae's back before leaning towards him and whispering in his ear,
"We have a surprise for you hyung."
Eyes lighting up, sangtae flashed a smile, lifted his head up and answered with his attention aroused,
"Sur....surprise?"
"Yes oppa, a surprise."
Munyeong replied, before intertwining her fingers with gangtae as they looked at each other in the eye, both smiling at each other like rays of the sun.
They couldn't wait to share the news with everyone.
"What surprise is it?"
Sang in and jae Soo chimed in from behind.
"Let's all take a seat first." Gangtae said, walking back into the castle.
After everyone settled down by the long table in the dining room,
Gangtae noticed a few people were missing and asked sang in,
"Where are the rest?"
"Oh, jae soo had to work, as well as her mum. " Sang in replied as his hands rubbed against his thighs.
"Seung jae had to meet up with her friend who is leaving to USA tomorrow." Jae Soo continued.
Nodding his head, gangtae looked at munyeong as she stared back at him before they smiled at each other. His hands slid under the table as he took munyeong's palm, and rubbed it with his thumb. Taking a deep breath, he took a glance at munyeong again, as if asking for permission. Nodding her head, munyeong smiled.
"Everyone... We have an announcement to make."
Gangtae announced, getting up from his chair. Curious, everyone at the dining table looked up at gangtae, eyes sparkling as if they knew they were in for good news. With everyone's attention on gangtae , he mustered a deep breath before rejoicing,
"Munyeong is pregnant!"
Surprised by the good news, sang in and jae soo's jaws dropped as they got off their chairs and walked over to munyeong's side.
"Ahhh, munyeong ssi, congratulations! I'm going to be an uncle!"
Sang in laughed as he kneeled down by her side.
"Munyeong ah, did it hurt that night? HAHAHAHA."
Jae Soo laughed at his joke, expecting some sort of response from anyone but only to receive a slap on his back by gangtae.
"owww."
He whimpered im pain, rubbing his back with his palm as munyeong just smiled and gave a chuckle at the scene both sang in and jae Soo caused. Just then, a figure came walking towards the four of them. Sang in and jae Soo made way as munyeong's face flashed a smile upon the person coming towards her.
"Munyeong ah, is that... Is that a baby in your tummy?"
Sang tae asked as he stared at munyeong's belly, which was slightly bigger than before. Getting up on her feet, munyeong smiled as she looked at sangtae and replied,
"Yes oppa. You are going to be an uncle!"
With his eyes sparkling, sangtae grinned as his hand slowly travelled to munyeong's tummy and rubbed it, murmuring continuously under his breath.
"Baby...I'm going to be an uncle...Yay..."
Looking up at gangtae, munyeong flashed a smile as gangtae looked at her adoringly and beamed back. They knew deep down they were going to be a perfect family...
