"A werewolf?" Jaxon said confused.
"I thought they all died once the vampires finished their attacked." I said.
"Yeah that's what I thought too, but I guess it doesn't matter now, and now I have no idea what we have to do." Joshua said trying to get up
"We can't do anything Josh, me and you are 22, and Leslie is 16." Jaxon said.
"Well we can't just sit around knowing that there is a man or a boy turning into a hairy creature and hurting people!" Josh said pissed off.
"Leslie help me out here please" Jaxon said turning around.
"I uh....I'm sorry Jaxon, but Joshua does have a point, people are going to die if we don't do anything."
"Ugh, okay, okay fine, but how are we gonna do this and manage to not get hurt, or better yet, turned" Jaxon said.
"I have no idea but we will find a way don't worry." Joshua said.
"So what are we gonna do if we manage to find the werewolf, kill it?" Jaxon said leaning against the wall rolling his eyes.
"If we even try to kill it, it would kill us!" I said elbowing him.
"For now I think we should all sleep, Jaxon you are sleeping over, take my room I'll bunk with Leslie" Joshua said giving Jaxon a bat.
Joshua and I walk towards my room silently and carefully, when we arrive I changed into a big shirt and shorts and jumped on the bed. Joshua took off his shirt and sat next to the window looking at the moon with a bat in his arms.
"Aren't you tired?" I said laying down
"No, I'm okay, go to sleep, I'll keep watch okay?" He said
"Okay, don't stay up to late." I said before closing my eyes and sleeping.
When I woke up, I found Josh sleeping with his head against the window, I change into a light pink dress and wake Josh up. We go to the dinning room and find his mom eating a piece of bread, and his father drinking tea. Jaxon was just walking in as well.
"Good morning you three, how did you sleep." Daniela said
"Um, good I guess." Josh said taking a seat.
"I'm sorry but are we just going to forget all that happened last night?"
"What are you talking about son?" His mom replied.
Me and Jaxon look at each other, then we both turn to Joshua, Joshua then looks back at us taking turn looking us both eye to eye. What did she mean by "What are you talking about son"? Was she brain washed or something, whatever it was Joshua was getting angry. I hold Joshua's hand hopping it would calm him down, it did, he even smiled a bit.
I knew that when we were done eating, the first thing we were going to do was find a library and read about werewolf's, if not then we were going to search them up on our phones. I turn over to look at Jaxon and he was looking at me and Josh hold hands, I simply just smiled and turned around. When we finally finished me, Josh, and Jaxon got up and walked to the east hall.
"Library?" I said.
"Yup" Josh said walking in front of us.
When we go into the library and get all the books that talk about werewolves. We all get our own corners and read. After four minutes Jaxon jumps up from his seat and runs to us.
"What did you find?" Josh said
"It says, "werewolves, come in sets of three, Alpha, beta, omega, each one determines their level. A beta is a baby to the pack, the alphas child, and omega is a beta who levels up by killing a human, and an alpha is the leader of the pack." see!" Jaxon said.
"Everyone knows the sets of three, and everyone knows the Alpha is the strongest." I said
"Okay, I didn't finish, "An alpha can read the past by putting their claws in the back of a humans head, and they also contain the power to erase someones memory." see!"
"Oh god, Josh, what if the wold brain washed your dad and mom?" I said closing my book.
"Hate to ruin the whole, "we found a clue", moment but um, I don't remember seeing Joshua's father anywhere last night." Jaxon said.
We all looks at each other and realize what happened, Josh closed his book and stood up and tried to put all the clues together.
"My father could've seen me and Leslie walking out of the room, I went one way and Leslie the other, Jaxon you found Leslie, and I got hurt, that could've given my Father Time to go to the room and erase my mothers memory." Josh said running his hand through his head.
"But why would he hurt you?" Jaxon said.
"It was a full moon, wolfs lose control, unless they know how to gain control they do things they would never do, by the time he turns back he would've ran to his wife and changed her memory and didn't have the time to change ours." I said.
"Okay, so if it is true, then we are all in trouble, what color were his eyes?" Jaxon asked.
"Blue..why?" Josh said looking up.
"Blue is the color of an omega..." Jaxon said.
"We need to find your father, right now." I said getting up.
We all got up and ran, we ran to the living room and no one was there, we ran to the dinning room, no one was there, we ran to the east and west rooms and no one was there, we checked the attic and basement, and no one was there. By this time we were really tired and out of breathe but we had to find him, then we ran to the garden and found Daniela.
"Mom wheres dad?" Josh said trying to catch his breath
"Oh you just missed him, he's on his way to the airport right now, he's heading to London, did you need to tell him something?" She said.
"No, we'll just wait." Jaxon said.
"Okay then, I'll be inside if you need me." Daniela said.
She walks away, me, Josh, and Jaxon stayed outside out of breath, but shocked, we finally found out who the possible werewolf is, but could we be in danger.
"Josh your bleeding" Jaxon said.
"It probably started when we were running." Josh said sitting down.
"Josh go inside and get rest, we will check on you in a bit." I said giving Josh water.
As Joshua goes inside and me and Jaxon sit and look at each other.
"Please tell me we aren't thinking the same thing" he said.
"If we weren't then we would be stupid to not even go there." I said
"He's going to be okay right?" Jaxon asked.
"I hope..." I said looking down.
We couldn't stop thinking about it though," what if the scratch could turn him?".
