Five stumbled into me. I helped him up and kept him steady, but I couldn't draw my eyes from Reginald Hargreeves.
What the hell was he doing here?
"Yeah, yeah, you're right," Luther said. "I guess we're just happy we're home and all together again,"
"Home?" Reginald scoffed. "This isn't your home."
"What are you talking about? This is the Umbrella Academy."
"Wrong again. This is the Sparrow Academy."
The Sparrow Academy? Oh no. We fucked up. I might need to do a time warp.
Behind us, footsteps approached from above. Everybody turned around to see a crew of five led by a man in a suit like Five's.
"Who the hell are these assholes, Dad?"
My jaw dropped. Five gasped, and like a true old man, grabbed his chest in shock.
The man was none other Ben himself- at least I assumed it was.
Despite the shock, I pulled everyone into a tight huddle and closed my eyes.
Get us out of here. Get us out of here. Come on, get us out of here!

I opened my eyes, and once again, we were in sitting room.
"What the hell just happened?" Luther demanded.
A smile appeared on Five's face- a genuine, pure smile. "Holly time-warped. Baby, you did it!" He swooped him up into a tender embrace and passionately kissed me the best he could.
"Hey, Five's portrait is back," Diego said, nodding to the mantle.
Five released me, and sure enough, his smug portrait was back above the mantelpiece. The others, along with Ben's portrait, were gone as well. No Reginald, no Sparrow Academy (whatever the hell that was), and no Ben. It was just Klaus, Luther, Allison, Diego, Vanya, Five, and I; which was how I liked it.
Five kissed me again. "Holly," He said, "Let's go get married."
And we lived happily ever after-almost.
Hey everyone, I really hope you enjoyed Book 2! If you've made it this far, I assume you've enjoyed the adventures of Five and Holly, so be tuned for Book 3, when the third season (eventually) comes out. In the meantime, be on the look out for a spin-off, or An Eyeball and the Apocalypse Book 2.5, which will pick up with the events following this chapter by exploring what a "normal" life would look like for Five, Holly, and the rest of the Umbrella Academy, because at some point, they all deserve some happiness (don't you think?) The first chapter of Book 2.5 will be published tomorrow, June 21, 2021.
